“I cannot say enough great things about Francis! She watched my senior dog, Madi, for a week while I was on vacation. Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again. You are amazing, I can’t thank you enough!”

“Carla and her family were very welcoming to us and our fur babies. They were all kind, caring and friendly. Finley & Jessie were very well taken care of and it seems all of our requests regarding their care were met. I’ve booked with 5 different Rover sitters in the past and although they all kept our pups safe this was the first time I had absolutely no concerns or worries. I’m usually checking in frequently with the sitter or just over worrying about how they are doing. This time, I didn’t worry at all or need to check in-because Carla always let me know. If I did have a question or needed to reach out to her-she got back to me right away. I can honestly say I felt as though she really enjoyed looking after our pups. That might seem strange to say because why would someone do this if they didn’t enjoy it? But I’ve had my fair share of doubts & hesitation with past sitters for one reason or another. That was never the case with Carla. It doesn’t seem like just a job with a sitter like Carla who goes beyond just the basic needs of the pup. That makes all the difference to the pups and their parents. In fact, we are already making plans to book with Carla, again. The pups looked great when we picked them up. Happy to see us but not as happy as they usually are-because I think they felt very safe and happy with Carla and weren’t just waiting around for our return. About: I have had pets my entire life. With a range of dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, geckos, chinchillas, and fish. I take pride in knowing animal behaviors and being able to accommodate to all needs from puppies to seniors. I work full time but can work from home when needed. My husband is a stay at home dad. So someone is always at the house or near by. We have a large spacious home, with plenty of space to explore and find comfort. Our backyard is fenced in with a lock on the gate. Our neighborhood has sidewalks and paths and is residential so only local homeowners travel in and out the area. Very quiet and clean neighborhood.
