About: I grew up on a farm and have taken care of every farm animal from horses to chickens. My sister said I was like the Pied Piper. Animals would just follow me around. I have trained therapy dogs and one service dog. I love all animals and they love me. I often say I'd rather spend time with dogs than people. (I like people, too) I was a certified teacher for 38 years and just recently retired. Oh, kids like me, too. I'm currently retired and spend a great deal of my time at home. I teach music lessons one afternoon a week but other than that your dog will have lots of attention. I have a 1/4 acre fenced in yard with an electronic gate that is always locked and can only be opened with a remote gate opener. I live in a very shaded area of the historic part of a quiet neighborhood. . I have a neutered husky that loves dogs from 4 to 150 pounds.

I love animals, and will care for yours as well as for my own. I will spoil them, but not more then you like me to do it. Puppies and seniors, large and small - everybody is welcome. As long as your dog or cat likes chihuahuas (not as a snack) and OK with cats. I am working from home, so your pet will never feel abandoned. We do not have small children. Our house is large, and dogs allowed everywhere. I will take dogs on walks, play with them, feed as directed, and follow every care instruction. I can also babysit your cat.

I have taken care of different family members’ dogs and love to play and snuggle with them! I work part time and my days vary so I will make my availability around my work hours. When I work, it is between 7-3:30 on the week days so I could stop in the morning before a shift and right after if it works for you. When I do not work, I have full availability and can coordinate with you how often I should see your pet! I’m very flexible with the wants of the client! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority! I take them out every 2 hours—or more if needed—for walks, fresh air, playtime in one of the three beautiful surrounding parks, off leash time in the small—but secure—fenced outdoor area, or a stroll along my secluded, residential section of the Manatee Riverwalk. Your pup can stay right by my side throughout my workday if they prefer, or enjoy free movement around the apartment and time on the expansive waterfront terrace overlooking the beautiful Manatee River. I leave for only two hours each day—on weekdays only—and I’ll be sure your pup is exercised and tired out before I duck out briefly. Your pup can nap comfortably in my home during my short time away, and on weekends I donor have to leave at all. We have extensive places to walk and play right in my large, beautiful apartment grounds & surrounding parks and walkways. The large apartment terrace is also a lovely place to play, sunbathe and watch the river below. I follow all of your specific guidance and directions, including the precise administration of any medicines, supplements or special food. I make sure all details are constantly—and correctly—attended to, and I check in with you throughout each day sending daily updates, pictures and videos.
