About: I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, horses, cattle, chickens, ducks, sheep, and pigs. I started showing animals at my county fair when I was 9 years old. I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life until I moved to Florida this year to live with and help take care of my grandpa. It would be a blessing to find some new animal friends to love on! I am currently working full time the at a Beach Resort as the Front Office Supervisor. My schedule is 3 PM to 11 PM so my mornings are free. If needed, I am also more than happy to swing by after my shift to walk/check on pets. I am unable to board pets at my house at this time, but I do not take going into other homes lightly. About: Working Wonders K9 officially began in 2024 but its roots run deep into the heart and the history of Kenna the owner. Throughout her childhood, she trained her pet dogs in obedience and could often be found learning agility and tricks with them side-by-side! As an adult, this passion lead her to train her rescue dog, Luna, as a service dog after developing an autonomic nervous system dysfunction that took away her safety and freedom. Under the guidance of a service dog trainer, she began learning the basics of training a working dog and found a calling. “Jackelyn was excellent. We did a visit prior to his stay. She was so warm and welcoming to both I and Russell. He took to her immediately. She allowed him to run freely in the house. I received pictures and updates daily. Jackelyn actually taught Russell to sit and lye down. We’re back together and he is kind of moping around. I’ve already talked about anther upcoming stay.
