About: Hello! My full-time gig is as an elementary teacher! When it’s summer, I’m looking to replace my fifth graders with some furry friends :) During the school year, I’m available for evening walks. I’m also available for house sitting, however your pets have to be okay for 7-8 hours. I've been a pet owner for the last 12 years. I cared for and loved my dear beagle, Molly until she passed in 2021. Currently I'm a proud cat dad to my cats, Philly and Juno. I would love to take your pet for a walk, long or short, hang out with them at your home, and of course love them until you get home! I'm well versed in administering medication, puppy training, and general care for both cats and dogs. I'm most free on the weekends or during "teacher breaks" (think winter, spring break, and summer break), but I can be available for evening and nighttime drop-ins during the week. I CAN do housesitting gigs during the week as long as your pets can be without potty breaks for about eight hours. I can come over to your place and drop in for walks, play time, or just some good ol' snuggles. I am also available for overnights in your home!

If your dog has a pal or two, or a day care you like to drop your dog off at where he or she has some buddies they like to play with, I'm willing to drop your snuggle bear off for a few hours, etc., to break up the monotony of being at home. About: I'm a true animal lover with tons of patience and experience. I have 3 dogs at home and they are my best friends. I rescued Maggie when she was a year old 9 years ago, and raised my 2 Shiba Inu boys from puppies. I used to have 1 cat as well but she passed away due to old age. I work from home so I'm fairly flexible. I recently move to Burr Ridge area and I'm hoping to take advantage of my work from home situation and provide some help to people with a busy work schedule. My home is a single family house sitting on nearly an acer with a fully fenced backyard. So the dogs have plenty of space to run around safely.
