About: Hi there! My name is Stacia and I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. I am a dog owner too! Remi is a 2 years old, playful, dark yellow lab. He is fixed. I’m familiar with ensuring the environment is right for your dog. I previously owned a dog with high anxiety and wasn’t friendly with strangers. I understand the importance of making sure your guidelines for your pet are followed. I can give oral medications, follow your training rules, walk large dogs, handle dogs that aren’t friendly with strangers, high anxiety, and have disabilities (ex. Deaf, blind). These dogs are our best friends so I promise to take great care of yours :) If you have any additional questions for me, please don’t hesitate to ask. I am happy to chat or meet prior to booking to ensure I am a good fit for your pup! I believe in open communication to ensure the safety of you, your pet, me and mine. I work fully remote and am able to support daycare and boarding. I usually walk my dog morning, mid day and evening for 30 min to an hour at a time. I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! I have a fenced yard in our home and a friendly, playful 2 year old male lab (fixed). If your dog is in my home, they do need to be friendly with other dogs. During the week I do work full time so there are times where I am in meetings so it is preferred your dog is not destructive or is okay in a crate or enclosed room during meetings. I do make sure the dogs are exercised before and after. I communicate my anticipated work schedule and plan for the day with the pet owner.

Growing up, my mom had five dogs—some of which had puppies—and I helped raise and care for them. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me for years to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’ve always wanted a pet myself but never had a chance to so I disperse my love and affection for all pets! I understand that every pet has different needs between playtime, walks, needing a specific schedule. I will make sure that whatever the need may be, I will follow it as closely as possible so that they can feel as comfortable as possible. I believe that communication is very important so I will always provide updates, pictures, and etc so that you can have peace of mind at all times! My goal is to make sure both you and your pet have a positive, stress-free experience. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I currently work with the government on a schedule where I choose the days and times that I work! Shifts are not available everyday so in the free time that I have, I love to pet sit! Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a calm, supervised environment and make sure pets always have access to fresh water, a comfortable place to rest, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I will follow your instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special needs. There are no other pets in my home and no children present! Pets can be crated if needed and they are not often left alone (if cannot be left alone at all then your pet will not be left alone!).

Candice provided lots of updates with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind and made us feel connected to Nagi while we were away. Nagi decided she didn’t want to use the stairs for the first few days of her stay, but Candice was incredibly patient and treated her like one of her own pups the entire time. She even carried Nagi up and down the stairs until she felt comfortable enough to use them like she normally does. Halfway through Nagi’s 1 week stay, she started having an upset tummy. Candice went above and beyond by picking up medicine for her, feeding her boiled chicken and rice, and taking care of multiple accidents when Nagi couldn’t make it outside in time. Candice also has a pup of her own, Rayne, which made Nagi’s stay even more fun. It was clear Nagi had a wonderful time and felt comfortable there. When we picked her up, she looked so happy, relaxed, and content, which told me everything I needed to know about how well she was cared for. If we ever need a sitter again, I would absolutely book with Candice again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitter.”

About: Hello! I am Val, and I would love to care for your dog! I’ve had dogs my whole lives and understand how important it is to know your fur baby is in great hands. I Will treat your dog like one of my own! I have two kids and our dog, Monchie, who is friendly with both children and other dogs. While my yard may not be fenced in, I live in a quiet neighborhood and will take your dog on regular walks to ensure they get plenty of exercise and attention. Please let me know if there’s anything special I should know to make your dog’s stay as comfortable as possible (e.g., crate training, walking routine, feeding preferences). I want to make sure both you and your dog have a great experience! Looking forward to hearing from you! I am available weekends and weekdays after 3pm. If your dog is crate trained then we are available to watch on all week days. I will make sure to take your dog out for a bathroom break every 2-4 hours or as needed. Long walks are not a problem. I can take your dog on walks in our quiet neighborhood. Our dog monchie is super friendly and playful and would keep your dog company. I also, have room to crate your dog as well if need be.
