About: I have sat for multiple different types of animals from tortoises to puppies!!! I love all shapes, colors, species and sizes!! I also love to exercise and love a good dog walk!!! I am a college student and have random time throughout the week and most weekends are free!!! I am an early riser and love getting exercise in throughout the day! I am a very routine/scheduled person. I love to make them as comfortable as possible and treat them with love!!! I respect all owners and their beliefs!!!

About: I've provided care for cats and dogs ranging from kitten and puppy to senior. I've been walking and doing daily in-home visits for several years, as well as taking care of my own animals. I also have experience with lizards and rabbits. I work part-time, so I'm flexible and have more open availability. I'm usually avaliable on short notice and can make earlier morning or later evening visits or extended visits during vacations. I'm happy to follow any care instructions you may have, including crating or other special considerations. I'm fine administering meds and also have some experience with wound care.

About: I am a social worker by trade, and currently I am professor at two local colleges. I also write books and and do photography. I specialize in social psychology and I am intuitive to human and animal needs. As mentioned, I am an adjunct professor, write, and do photography. As such I have free time to care for your pet daily and at various times. I have always cared for my pets like family (and some may argue a little better, lol). I have a SUV and know different locations to walk your pet, or I can walk them locally. I also love cats and can spend time in your home playing with with them and the infamous red dot or other toys. I am also familiar with all types of animals and can care for your farm animals and other in door animals.

About: I have always had a love and passion for animals since I was a little girl. I started in elementary school by offering to walk my neighbors' dogs just so I could have the opportunity to play with them. Over the years, I have gained even more love and experience in properly caring for all animals as if they were my own. I am a student at JMU who is looking for something part time. I have a lot of free time in the afternoon and most weekends which I would love to spend my time with your wonderful animals! I currently live in an apartment building but is willing to take them in, take them to dog parks, and go on long walks. About: I have taken care of and been around animals since I was a child. I had worked in Dog Daycares, walking dogs, and being a sitter for all kinds of animals. I can be gentle or authoritative with your pet while giving them love and kindness. My life is taking care of animals and loving them. I have plenty of free time to spend with your pets for walks, playtime, and so much more! I am quite strong to be able to hold tightly onto a leash if your animal is leash reactive. I am well versed in dog body language and can handle a hyperactive animal or a calm and cuddly baby.

For over a year I have volunteered at an animal shelter where I regularly walk, spend time with, and care for dogs with a variety of behaviors and energy levels. About: Its incredibly easy for me to pick up on a pet's personality. Whether they're out and about, or too lazy to go out, I champion myself for being able to understand a pet's emotions. Pet care has turned from something I do as a favor for friends and family into a passion I want to practice as frequently as possible. I am an incredibly timely individual. I love sticking to checklists, as they help me remember the tasks assigned, and ensure that I have performed the requested duties to the owners, and the pets.

About: I spent a lot of time with pets( mostly dogs) from taking care of close friends pets. With dogs I found better ways to behave them when they were with me, and considering I would take care of them a lot I managed to teach them tricks. I love spending time with animals of any kind. I had a cat when I was 13 and it was tricky because I got Lenny as an adult I would say. I learned how to manage litter boxes and the right food for both cat and dog. I do a lot of research when it comes to food so I know they have the right nutritions and I’m also skeptical when if comes or bagged food, so I do make my Own at times. I own 2 dogs now, one is a puppy and the other about a year and a half old. I’m also trying to save to go into MTC to study as a veterinarian to spend more time with animals. Taking care of pets fits in just perfectly. I currently have a part time job, but doing pet care on the side definitely helps balance my routine out and get some fresh air from working. In both client/my home, since I’m an early bird, I take them on walks to get them moving and give them time to potty, as I do with my dogs as well. I give them water and food, of course this varies on any directions given by the owner. They do get a lot of playtime and treats for good behavior. I make sure to let them potty at least every 2-3 hours out of habit from my pets.

About: I have years of experience with dogs across all sizes, energy needs and care needs! I’m very fond of all critters and can’t wait to help you out! I’m working part-time over the summer and a fellowship (32 hrs/week) into the 26-27 year, but I’m very available to provide care— just send me a message! About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I have been taking care of dogs of my own since I was able to walk and talk. I work hard and play harder with our furry friends! I am a fast learner, and can assist with training pups or taking care of senior dogs. My father is a veterinarian, so I was able to learn from him how to care for your pets. I attend James Madison University, so I will have classes with a varying schedule each weekday. I can stay full time at your home with your pets. I go to the gym, so I may be out for a short time to work out, but once I’m finished I’m right back at home with your pets! I have two dogs of my own. I feed/provide medication to them regularly (might go without saying) and I love to cuddle up with them on the floor and play with their toys with them. I’m very affectionate and will give your pets lots of attention and love.

About: I took my dog Breeden to Smithfield dog park for years until arthritis limited her walking. I had so many dog friends there. I have gentle, friendly approach to any dog. Volunteer dog walker at RSPCA and have always walked my neighbors dogs when they needed help. I love puppies, seniors, and every dog in between. I'm retired but still work as a musician. This doesn't conflict with my days: I'm available to walk/visit dogs most days. Always happy to spend time with dogs My dog Breeden was a rescue, he's been with me over 10 years. Before Breeden, I adopted a senior dog who lived with me for 4 years. I also had 2 senior cats, and now I have 3 feral kittens I adopted. All my animals are friendly to humans.

About: I have loved animals since I was young. I’ve been taking care of my 12 year old dog since he was a puppy and needed to be bottle-fed. He’s now a senior dog and I still take great care of him. I trained him to do tricks as a puppy and my family has heavily relied on me to solely take care of my dog, especially when they leave me to take care of our dog when they travel for vacations. I am also a pre-vet student at James Madison University, pursuing a career involving animal care! I am working part time and getting scheduled minimum hours right now. I’m going away to college soon but before then I’d have plenty of free time to come take care of your fur-babies! I don’t board dogs at my home but I show respect to every home I enter and treat the home the way I would treat my own.

About: Entrusted with numerous pet care opportunity through acquaintances, friends and family. No preference on dogs or cats, I can catch on quick to whatever they task may be for the need of your pet. I’m currently working part time, so my schedule is pretty open at your disposal. I don’t mind driving, so reasonable distance isn’t an issue for checks up, walks or overnight stay if need be. I’m a very detail oriented person who’s been hired sporadically since being in the 540 area coming to school at JMU in 2015, and returning as a graduate assistant coach in last year. I’m very familiar with the area, so that will never really be an issue for me. I will be a great communicator understanding the situation and will make sure you feel great about the situation before, during and after.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life, and I’ve had my own mini poodle for 5 years now. About: I have many years of pet care experience and love all animals! I have been relied on to walk, feed, bathe and take care of dogs for long periods of time. I also have experience with older dogs and giving medication to pets! I am a college student with a very open schedule on weekends and some weekdays. I have great availability for overnights as well and can be very flexible! I am very careful and vigilant when waking dogs or letting them outside in non fenced areas. I also have lots of experience walking dogs in public areas/ around other dogs

About: I am an avid animal lover and have grown up with rescues my whole life! My family has always rescued animals and we have had everything from brand new kittens to hospice dogs. I have had fish, small animals like guinea pigs and hamsters, and even birds. I am more than willing and happy to help with any animals needs! I am trying to pay for my wedding so any job helps! I am currently working day shifts on Tuesday and Friday, so the rest of my week is open and available. I am getting ready for my wedding in mid April 2026, so I am pretty free! I have 3 dogs and a cat at home so I prefer clients who allow me to be at their home. I always double check leashes and collars, and make sure to have a plan in case anything were to go awry (which it won’t), but I like to be prepared!

About: Around my neighborhood, many have asked me to care for their dogs. I also cared for my 2 family dogs growing up. I have cared for many different animals and sizes as well. When it comes to scheduling, I am very flexible and understanding too. I love being the company to a furry friend! While I am working another job, I still have much free time to be able to play and walk your dog when needed. I'm very flexible and can always use a bit of experience myself for the dog and I to both stay strong and healthy! While I may not be able to take care of your dog inside of my house, we do have a park across my street as well as a safe neighborhood where many people walk their dogs and take strolls and runs on. While being over at someone's house I respect their privacy and only use what is needed for the dogs care.
