About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life, from my first Jack Russell Terrier to a sweet (and feisty) Chihuahua and a lovable Morkie. About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs as well as my neighbors dogs since I was 11.I have walked large breed dogs that were about 100lbs and have also dealt with reactive dogs. I also have cat experience through my own pet and cat sitting for neighbors. I am a college student with a very flexible schedule and I am free during the afternoon and night. About: I spent a lot of time with pets( mostly dogs) from taking care of close friends pets. With dogs I found better ways to behave them when they were with me, and considering I would take care of them a lot I managed to teach them tricks. I love spending time with animals of any kind. I had a cat when I was 13 and it was tricky because I got Lenny as an adult I would say. I learned how to manage litter boxes and the right food for both cat and dog. I do a lot of research when it comes to food so I know they have the right nutritions and I’m also skeptical when if comes or bagged food, so I do make my Own at times. I own 2 dogs now, one is a puppy and the other about a year and a half old. I’m also trying to save to go into MTC to study as a veterinarian to spend more time with animals. Taking care of pets fits in just perfectly. I currently have a part time job, but doing pet care on the side definitely helps balance my routine out and get some fresh air from working. In both client/my home, since I’m an early bird, I take them on walks to get them moving and give them time to potty, as I do with my dogs as well. I give them water and food, of course this varies on any directions given by the owner. They do get a lot of playtime and treats for good behavior. I make sure to let them potty at least every 2-3 hours out of habit from my pets.

About: I kind of fell into the dog sitting fun. My mom used to “sit” with every kind of being from baby to dog before it became a popular hustle. About: Just the 2 of us. Our sweet boy crossed over the rainbow bridge, and while we’re not quite ready to get another dog, we love making new paw friends! We both work from home, and have opposite schedules when leaving the house, so one of us is normally home! I have experience in senior care as my girl is a little over 16 I have a pretty flexible schedule with work so can *generally* do most times needed. About: I have grown up with big dogs such as pit bulls and huskies and love them dearly I really love how playful and caring they are. I trained both my family pitties since they were puppies I’m currently only working 30hrs a week can board for you starting Sunday nights till early Wednesday morning have space for animals to play and run I live in a house on a 1 acre property no fences so as long as your dog is properly trained and no risk of them running away I don’t mind letting them roam free if not I can just walk them around on a leash. As for cats same difference I have a back patio to allow them to be in the sun and have fresh air and all the space they deserve
About: I kind of fell into the dog sitting fun. My mom used to “sit” with every kind of being from baby to dog before it became a popular hustle. Growing up I’ve always helped and learned from her how to care for other’s family members as one’s own. In my spare time, I love to hike and I walk everyday. I'd love to have your companion as a sidekick on these adventures. Or even just enjoy a leisurely walk. Coming into one’s home is an act of trust and a privilege. This is not lost on me. I have every intention of respecting the needs and privacy of my clients.

About: Hi! My name is Georgia and I recently moved to Harrisonburg a couple of months ago and am missing my furry friends! I’m a young professional in the area and also am a volunteer at the SPCA. I worked with rover while in college and had a great experience and am excited to start pet sitting again! I grew up with newfoundlands so I’m used to and know how to handle the slober, long hair, and high energy pups and kitties as well as everything in between. Please reach out with any questions and bookings:) I work hybrid and also in the Harrisonburg area so I am able to be flexible to the animals schedule. My nights are usually spent at home and I usually come home for lunch so there are multiple touch points they can be let out throughout the day. I am all about caring to your pets for whatever they may need, weather that be daily walks, trips to dog park, multiple feeding times you name it.
About: All my life I've loved and cared for animals. Cats, dogs, goats, chickens, cows, fish, you name it. I've got 20+ years of experience. The past 11 years I've discovered my love for bulldogs. I have a happy family of rescue frenchies, a Great Dane, a kunekune pig, goats and even an African Zebu steer. I have previous experience working in veterinary clinics. In my previous life I was a bloodhound search and rescue handler as well. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large and small dogs, cats and a variety of other critters as well. I think animals are wonderful souls and I treat them all with respect and love. My life, my little farm, my routine and personal schedule revolve around my dogs and other critters. I work from home so my availability is usually quite flexible. I have a nicely fenced yard where dogs can run and play. If a dog is boarding with me, or in daycare, they will have plenty of playtime throughout the day. When the dogs are done playing and it's time to rest, I have dedicated rooms with comfy crates and playpens. I am very comfortable taking care of senior dogs or those that need a little extra tlc.
