About: I have taken care of dogs of multiple breeds. My friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to walk or house sit their pets. I enjoy being around animals and being outside with them as much as possible. I hope I can do the same for your furry family member! I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Maine. I incorporate walks into my daily routine and would love a furry friend accomplice. I am also available for pet sitting on occasion! I follow the pet's established routine for meals, walks, and potty breaks while securing doors and gates to prevent escapes. I respect house rules on guests, thermostat use, and off-limit areas.

About: I have always had dogs in my life, and I currently have 3 of my own. I worked in veterinary emergency and critical care for 2 years and spent several months at a fear-free general practice before needing to take a step back from vetmed. I have 6 years of personal experience with dog training and behavior, and spent some time volunteering for a rescue on the administrative end. I am very knowledgeable on dog behavior/body language and I am comfortable working with a wide range of temperaments, ages, and breeds. Puppies, medical/behavioral needs pups, and seniors are my specialty! I am also RECOVER CPR certified. My schedule is wide open most days, and we are a very active family! We frequently go for hikes and spend time with our dogs in nature. My whole world revolves around animals and I love being able to experience the great outdoors with dogs. I use reward-based/force-free handling techniques with any dog I interact with. I try my hardest to set dogs up for success in my interactions with them - I am not afraid to spend as much time as needed to gain the trust of a fearful dog before attempting to interact directly. I am a strong believer in using body language, reward, and moving at the dog's pace to ensure dogs make good choices and have a positive experience every time they interact with me. I treat all pets I interact with as if they are my own!

About: I used to work in a Kennel and worked with many different breeds of dogs and cats. I have worked with mean dogs and lovely dogs. I have worked with senior dogs as well. Growing up I have always had animals in my house and I always plan to. I work at a senior care facility in 3 days a week, 12 hour shifts. Seeing as I do work long shifts, my mother is able to run over and let dogs out during the day. I help a friend out at Dirigo Pines every so often, usually for 6 hours, but can take breaks. Other than that I just sit at the house I'm at amd relax. I dont get out of work late, usually six and feed dinner when I get home. I dont have any pets at the moment, but always have throughout my life. I have had a deaf cat, senior dogs and small animals. I can give medication if needed. I also try to take wals if the weather is nice.

About: A lifetime animal lover with 5+ years of experience. I pride myself on my thoroughness and dedication to providing for you and your furry family members! I am a teacher, so come summer time I will have a large amount of availability to walk or pet sit! As of right now, I work M-F 7:45-2:45 but could arrange to let your dog out for a potty break around 11:30. I am very attentive and always make sure to keep your pet’s safety a number 1 priority. Monitoring them when in the house/on walks is a must and keeping in contact with you about any possible issues that may come up are always important.

About: Hello! I'm Jess - I'm from Northern California and moved to Maine last year. Growing up we always had dogs (and sometimes cats), so I learned to take care of pets from a young age. I was the go-to person in my neighborhood for pet-sitting and dog-walking. Currently I have one pup - Bodhi, a 2.5 year old black lab. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I'm currently only working through Rover, so my schedule is very flexible right now! I'm available for drop-ins, all-day stays and overnights, as well as for long-term pet-sitting in your home. I love making every animal feel cared for - from playing with them, going on long walks outside, providing pets and cuddles, giving them occasional treats, etc. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I also love to send little text and video updates, so you can check in on them while you're away. I've even done FaceTimes with pets and their owners!

About: I've been taking care of cats as long as I can remember. I don't currently have a dog but I frequently take care of my aunt's Great Pyrenees and I've taken care of many other dogs. I have a very flexible schedule and I'm free any day of the week for sitting. I would be happy to take care of any kind of dog or cat. I usually consult the owner and try to stick to the pets regular schedule as close as possible. I usually visit dogs three or four times a day and do one or two walks and for cats I visit once or twice a day or as many times as the owner would like.

About: I've taken care of animals since I was 10. I care for all animals even the fur babies that have anxiety away from home. They will be loved and you will have tons of photos I can pet sit during the early mornings or late at nights. Staying at the animals comfort home so they won't have too much anxiety while you're away. I can care for any animals at the comfort of your animals home. Animals prefer their home more than someone else's. Lesser anxiety for them.

About: I grew up with dogs in the family and with friends with furry friends as well! I’ve always been surrounded by them :) My friend had a Dalmatian puppy while we were in college so I helped out a bunch with their pet needs such as walking, feeding, playing etc. My work schedule right now is pretty clear so most of my whole week is very free to help take care of your pet needs when you need an extra hand! My environment is very pet friendly with multiple parks nearby to play with your furry friend and for them to use the bathroom when needed as well! I can’t wait to help out with your furry friend!
