“Madison is amazing! So reliable and helpful! My puppy is lucky to have her help out! She is very accommodating and always willing to help on short notice. She is very educated on animals and training them. I can see a difference in my puppy after a long day at work. We will continue to you Madison as long as she will have us!”

“Mariah watched my dogs while I went out of town visiting family, and she made the entire trip completely stress-free when it came to my pets. She took care of them as if they were her own and went above and beyond my expectations. The area where my dogs stayed was also very clean and well kept, which gave me even more peace of mind. I felt reassured knowing they were in such great hands the entire time. I would absolutely rebook her anytime 10/10 service and highly recommend! Thank you again!!!🩷”

“Heather is so attentive, thorough, and caring. She was thinking through every possible way she could make my dog happier and more comfortable. Her notes and photos were so thoughtful and showed an attention to detail that reassured me while being away. I cannot recommend her enough, and we look forward to having her look after Rainer again.”

“Mateo was communicative, trustworthy, and reliable. I am very anxious leaving my babies alone, especially because I just moved to the area not too long ago, and I absolutely trusted him. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies! 🥹”

“Mya was amazing for our two dogs! One of our dogs has medication and a history of seizures and she great with administering and caring for him. She was so great at keeping us updating and sharing photos. I could not recommend her more!”
“Raquel did a great job. I really appreciate her putting our Chewey order away too. (Always seems to come when I am gone.) She checked w/ me when she had questions and gained the trust of our timid kitty.”

“Casey is exceptional! This was our first time hiring a sitter for our senior cat through Rover, and Casey made the entire experience such a positive one. Casey came to our house a week before our booking for a meet & greet. We could immediately tell she was very competent and professional. Meeting with her ahead of time completely put us at ease. Our cat was clearly comfortable with Casey during the meet & greet. Casey provided wonderful pictures and updates after each of her drop-in visits while we were out of town. She followed our directions down to a tee and was incredibly neat and tidy, going above and beyond by washing our cat's extra dishes, rinsing out the recycling, etc. Our cat generally runs away when anyone (including myself and my husband!) first comes through the door, but Maggy was greeting Casey at the front door when she arrived for her drop-in visits. It was wonderful to know our cat was so comfortable with Casey. We highly recommend Casey and are already looking forward to booking her for future trips!”

“Sophia was quick to respond to a last minute request, communicative, professional and arrived on time. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog was happy and well cared for during the visit.”

“Kiersten was great with both my dogs! She communicates very well, sent pictures, and followed all of my directions for my dogs. One of my dogs can be reactive when he is not familiar with someone and Kiersten was willing to meet him multiple times before the actual date!! I am so thankful I found her to take care of my dogs. I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you again and I look forward to working with you again!”

“Absolutely Fantastic!!!! I can’t say enough about the professionalism, sincerity, and care this father daughter team gave out Jack. He is older and always has issues (separation anxiety). He was so happy and energetic when we got home. Usually takes days for him to recover! Highly Recommend!!! Will be a return customer next time we need a sitter for our buddy.”

About: I have always grew up around dogs in my home and friends, family home. My grandma used to foster dogs and she taught me a lot I know about them including but not limited to administering shots and medications. I currently work full-time. However, the dog door and fenced in yard allows your dog to be out and roam freely while I am away. I am also okay to crate your dog if that is what you would prefer. When I get home it's usually clean, play, and dinner time. As the night goes on its movies and cuddles. I have a fenced in yard and a doggy door to let your dog(s) run around outside and play during the day freely as wanted. I love to take walks in the nice weather with the dogs and play fetch out in the yard. I have an indoor camera and outdoors cameras to keep eyes when I'm not home.
About: I’ve had a dog for quite some time and I take care of her with my whole heart! She’s older now so I’m good with older & younger dogs! I’m currently not working so I have open availability and can work with basically anything! Let me know how I can help you and I’ll do my best to accommodate! I absolutely adore animals and I will always meet them where they are! They come first and I will put my full effort into taking care of them and developing a healthy and trusting relationship with them!
About: I’ve taken care of cats my whole lives but my aunt loves it when I take care of her dog and says I’m so good with him. I’m not currently working so I will have plenty of time to love on animals while you are away like they are my own animal. I play with them and make sure I’m around them at all times to make sure nothing gets broken or destroyed or they get hurt.

About: I have been a dog lover since I was a young child, and have been a Veterinary Assistant for 10 years now working with dogs and cats of all breeds and ages. I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was a teenager, and have loved all the experiences. I have a true passion for helping all animals but have a soft spot for seniors! I currently work mornings as a Veterinary Assistant and the rest of my day is spent with my son at home. I have good flexibility during the early afternoon, and the evenings as well! Drop ins and walks would be perfect for my current schedule. I only watch animals at the clients’ home due to not having a fence and having a young son that doesn’t understand boundaries with animals quite yet. I would not want to cause stress to an animal being out of their comfort space!
About: Hi there!! I love both dogs and cats, and look forward to taking care of them. I've had many pets growing up. Habló Español también. As of right now I am available and flexible on time as school is out. I have been trying to find a second job, and would much rather prefer this to be my 2nd job as I enjoy going on runs with my dog and hanging out with my furbabies (I also have 2 cats). Why not make money while having fun and meeting new furbabies? I live near downtown Elkhart (heading towards Bristol). I live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood where there is plenty of space to walk, run, and enjoy a large field of grass (if allowed to be off leash).

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Osceola
Mya was an absolute lifesaver for me when my sitter quit on me last minute before an out of state trip. She was so prompt at replying and taking on the task last minute. Every visit she sent me great photos and my cats both loved her. One of my kitties never comes out for strangers but during the first visit, she sent me a photo and he was so content and comfortable in the background. I would 100% recommend Mya as a sitter and book her services again. She’s incredibly professional, caring, and great at what she does!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Osceola. On Rover:
- 95% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 91% can help with giving oral medications or injections

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
