About: My family always had a pet dog. As a kid I would feed and walk dogs in the neighborhood while they were out of town. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: Hi, I'm Taylor! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and since 2018 I've been fortunate enough to turn that passion into a career caring for pets professionally. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work at two specialized pet care facilities. One focused exclusively on dogs, where I cared for pups of every breed, size, age, and personality in both daycare and boarding. The other specialized in cats and small animals, giving me hands-on experience caring for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, fish, and other pocket pets. After caring for thousands of pets throughout my career, I've learned that every animal is unique. Some want to play nonstop, some prefer quiet companionship, and others simply need a little extra patience and reassurance. Our cat was clearly comfortable with Casey during the meet & greet. Casey provided wonderful pictures and updates after each of her drop-in visits while we were out of town. She followed our directions down to a tee and was incredibly neat and tidy, going above and beyond by washing our cat's extra dishes, rinsing out the recycling, etc. Our cat generally runs away when anyone (including myself and my husband!) first comes through the door, but Maggy was greeting Casey at the front door when she arrived for her drop-in visits. It was wonderful to know our cat was so comfortable with Casey. We highly recommend Casey and are already looking forward to booking her for future trips!”
