About: I grew up in Michigan always being around animals of all kinds. I was a part of 4-H for 12 years and have owned and taken care of horses since I was practically 5 years old competing in various equine competitions. My family always had indoor-outdoor cats that I loved dearly and my grandma owned a farm that I helped run. I have dog sat for several neighbors throughout my life since I was never fortunate enough to have one of my own. Luckily now I am an aunt to my brother's dog Odin who I have cared for. Today I reside in Florida with my furry friend Kaiah who is a beautiful long-haired cat that is very outgoing and spoiled. She loves car rides and goes everywhere with me. She even has a special bowl for her favorite treats. The reason why I made a rover is because I know what it is like to worry about the care of my pets while I am away! It breaks my heart that I could not bring my horse with me to Florida however I know my mom loves him and that he is getting the attention he needs. I want to be a motherly figure in your pet's life and provide comfort and quality time while also making sure they have been cleaned up after. Dogs, Cats, and Horses are my specialty. I enjoy fitness and spending time outdoors so if you are looking for someone to stop by and walk your dog, or play with your cat or exercise, brush and feed your horse please do not hesitate to contact me. I currently have a relaxed full time job where I can work from the comfort of my home, in my office, or anywhere with WIFI. I travel occasionally for work but am flexible if booked in advance. I think cleanliness is important! no one wants to come home to a stinky litter box and or a pile of poop. I think its important to make sure that dogs are being walked until they have went to the bathroom and that litter boxes are being cleaned out daily. Secondly, I think its important to make sure water is fresh and food is provided on a schedule or in my case the cat food bowl is always full (I let my cat eat whenever she is hungry and she is very healthy). Lastly and most importantly no matter what animal it is they need play time and attention weather it be a walk or a playing fetch at the park or playing with your cats favorite wand toy. As a former teacher, I am now leaning fully into my true passion, and bringing comfort and happiness to pets gives me so much genuine joy. Here is exactly when I am briefly away each week: Weekday Evenings (2 total): At a gym, I coach a few adult workout classes in the evenings. Sunday Mornings: I teach Sunday school to preschoolers for a brief session. Outside of these short windows, my days are completely open. This minimal schedule allows me to offer highly attentive, consistent care, adapt easily to your pet's normal routine, and provide plenty of companionship throughout the day! Because my part-time jobs take up only 6 hours a week, pets in my care receive constant supervision and a highly consistent routine. As a former educator, I am meticulous about following your exact instructions, maintaining strict safety boundaries, and keeping you updated with photos so you can relax knowing your furry family members are safe, respected, and thoroughly loved.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, always at least 3 at a time and all sizes and shapes. What else to say… I just love dogs. 😊 I’m working nighttime and ready to take care of your pet every day after 9 am. I can come morning and/or afternoon, once or twice a day. I will come and look around first to make sure it’s clean and I will check the water and the food. Then I will take your pet or a walk and play a bite with his own toys and I’ll have some with me.

“Jose and Alexis are AMAZING. If I could give 10 stars I would. This was my first time using Rover and I have to admit, I was very hesitant to let strangers into my house and more importantly let them be alone with my dog who is a very shy and timid rescue. I expected the worst. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Jose and Alexis were BEYOND accommodating. The first day they came over to start a walk, my dog was terrified and wouldn't approach or leave with them. Jose and Alexis were so communicative about the situation and sat at home for 90+ minutes doing everything they could to get Layla comfortable with them. It worked, above and beyond. The next 2 days, they came by and everything went very smoothly. Lots of pics, videos and communication, before, during and after their walks/runs. It's hard to articulate how great this experience was and we will be enlisting Jose and Alexis' services moving forward for any and all things pet care related. About: Richmond native welcoming fur babies of all shapes & sizes from Chihuahua to Pyrenees! I prefer drop in visits for large dogs and cats and if they like car rides we can go to many dog friendly places! I like to board one pet at a time, or two if they live together for safety reasons. Excited to accommodate the needs of your fur babies while you are away! Able to follow all medical guidelines received from pet owners, if any. Certified in pet First Aid/CPR. I have experience giving medications to dogs and cats. Keeping your fur babies hydrated and comfortable while you are away is number one on my list! About: I have taken care of pets and been around them since I was 5. My family and friends usually rely on me to watch over their pets when they are gone. I just graduated high school and I’m just looking for something that will keep me busy during summer. I am barely ever busy so my schedule is very flexible. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, which is one of the things that makes me different from other sitters. I’ve had a German Shepherd named Remi, two Australian Shepherds named Sullivan and Sailor, and a Pit Bull named Izzy, so I’m comfortable with all kinds of dogs and personalities. Growing up with them taught me how important it is to be patient, attentive, and loving with every pet. About: Been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I’ve had cats and digs growing up my entire life! I love to be active and walk and have free time and would love to be around animals I am Flexible all week and weekend when in town. I do travel often. Want to stay busy when I am in town and love animals! I can do whatever is needed. I have a fenced in yard and crate of my own. I only crate mine now when needed but that is not often as he is older. I only have one of my dogs with me at my home as my other dog is with my mother in my home town.

About: I had a dog throughout my college years and beyond; my best dog friend would sing songs with me in my car. I have since walked neighbors dogs most recently the last 4 1/2 years until the dog unfortunately passed away from cancer. I miss her so much. I have no intentions of getting another dog myself. Just love to Walk and talk with my neighbors pets. I am retired, and living in a Sarasota downtown condominium, That is my preference for pet sitting, dog walking. I have had cats also, Thelma and Louise, sisters and a tiger cat called Smiley. This depends on the pet owners preference. I can go in feed, litter box, wslk the dogs make sure they are happy and taken care of.
