However, he ended up staying with me in my home for the next few years until he passed away peacefully. During his time here, he transformed from being sickly, lethargic, anxious and anti-social (who was deathly afraid of being in water) to a robust, energetic, loving and outgoing dog whom you couldn't get out of any body of water as hard as you tried (rivers, lakes, etc)! The change was truly miraculous and heart-warming to the core to see! === After each walk/visit, you will receive a text message from me with photos/videos letting you know how my time with them went! Included in this message will be a confirmation of completion of any extra tasks/special requests made by you for me to carry out. As for your pup(s), when we are not at home, we are either going out for a walk/run in the neighborhood, meeting up with other friendly pooches needing to be visited and taken out for their walks, or out on a fun adventure and walk/run/hike/splash at any of the various wonderful, wooded, trail-laden parks in this beautiful region of PA! With personal pet-sitting, your beloved pet will receive more one-on-one time, care, loving attention – and freedom – than if it were placed in a crowded pet day-care facility or boarding kennel cage, while you receive the peace of mind that your fur baby is receiving the next best thing to you – right in the familiar surroundings of his or her own home! All requests are reserved according to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the event of an unexpected/emergency situation, cancellations at least ONE DAY before the scheduled drop-in visits/walks will be accepted without incurring a cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least ONE DAY before your booking begins. For overnight house-sitting services, you will receive a full refund if you cancel by noon one week before the stay starts. About: HI! I'm a young retired pet lover who is looking to help out fur babies families! I am available for house sitting and pet hosting at my home. Being retired, I am not on a regular schedule so I am home most often, but just like everyone, I do have appointments, shopping etc outside the home. I try to not be gone more than 5 hours at a time. I have had many dogs and cats in my life but none right now. I have been helping family and friends my whole life with pet sitting. I have helped with Chihuahua’s to PitBulls! I try to keep your fur babies on the same routine they have with you. Since I'm retired, I can take them on several walks a day. I am patient and enjoy large dogs as well as small. I am the perfect choice if your fur baby does better without other pets or children around. Or may be shy or skittish. Bring a couple favorite toys! I am retired but do help with caregiving of two family members so I am gone up to 5 hours at a time a couple times a week. Your fur baby is allowed on my couch and bed. I have a great fenced yard for throwing balls! I have a covered back porch so most fur babies love to lay outside but are under cover
