“Equasia is a beautiful person with a kind and generous soul. I was in a bind, looking for someone to watch my cat Leonidas, who has diabetes this past holiday weekend. I was going for knee surgery the Monday after the holiday and needed a safe place for him to stay. Equasia was willing and able to watch him, being ok with giving him his medicine at such short notice. We spoke on the phone so we could have a brief introduction and I was sold. Not only was she able and willing to watch him but I had no way of picking him up after my hospital discharge and she was willing to bring him home. She went above and beyond the care and support that was needed. She kept me posted daily on how he was and sent me pictures of him as well. I will be going through this surgery again and I will be making arrangements with Equasia for care of my little guy Leonidas. She wasn't just a pet sitter, she was a pet parent and she cared for him as such. 5 stars, I will always go to her if and when I need extended pet care. She provides a comfortable home for a newcomer, making it a safe space for him. I couldn't ask for a better place and person to watch over Leonidas. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. About: I’m familiar with almost every breed, and have been training them since I was 10 years old. My last dog was a therapy dog I took into nursing homes, but his time has past. :( I have all my time to spend with your pets. I am available weekends too, very flexible schedule. Will walk daily and play with them depending on age etc. I have a fenced in yard with no other pets. I am looking for a dog for myself to adopt and turn into a therapy dog, so I don’t mind training or corrective actions if wanted/ needed. I don’t like crates, but that’s me, and will respect your wishes. If at your house, you make the rules and I follow them, willing to FaceTime etc. whatever you need.

About: I have taken care of all different types of animals growing up.I grew up with a household full of dogs, and have gotten the chance to have dogs of my own now. I have watched and did weekend house sitting for friends/family. I have experience with most dog breeds. I have watched/taken care of a Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff, and many other larger dog breeds. I have a two year old 160 pound Great Dane named Atticus and a 45 pound pitbull mix that are my entire world. I have experience with animals with diabetes and special diets. I love the outdoors and taking adventures with fur babies. I love the outdoors regardless of the weather, looking to take so more walks! I mostly work nights, my daytime and weekends are completely free. I have a fenced in yard, with many trails around me. I always keep a close eye on dogs when outside even in a fenced in yard.

I daily feed and walks my two-family dogs every day for about a mile. I also take them to trails so they can see a different scenery. As a dog walker, I am able to walk at different speeds and different distances depending on the dog, and for drop in visits. I am able to feed, play with, and make sure they are taken care of.
About: I grew up with 2 dogs, one of which had special needs. I now own 4 cats and have helped raise a service dog in training. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding.
