About: Professionally caring for pets for over 16 years in a variety of settings. Experience working at doggie daycare and boarding facilities, private pet and house sitting, cat rescue volunteer. Medication dispensing, and elderly care experience. I live and work full-time in Allentown, PA. I am available for early morning, evening, and weekend care. I can also stay in your home and provide 1:1 care for your pets overnight. I love providing 1:1 attention and enrichment, but I am able to follow your training and obedience preferences. If I am staying overnight in your home, I would love to help your fur babies feel safe and secure while you are away.
“Denise was so easy to work with and fit me in last minute. My dog really took to her and she doesn’t usually warm up very quickly. I would definitely recommend and use her again in the future”

“Justina did an excellent job caring for our three cats while we were away. She provided frequent updates and amazing photos that gave us peace of mind and showed that our fur babies were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It was clear she took the time to make sure they received plenty of attention and care during each visit. We came home to three happy cats and felt completely confident that they were in good hands while we were gone. We highly recommend Justina and will definitely be booking with her again in the future! 🐾💕”

“Our 3 kitties absolutely love Ja! She's a true lover of animals and understands how hard it is to leave our babies at home when we leave. She provides stellar communication with photos, has very good attention to detail, asks questions, and spends real quality time with the kitties. We feel incredibly at ease when Ja is looking after our little pack!”

“Adriana, did a great job taking care of our 2 cats when we were away. She was reliable and provided detailed updates on how each of them were doing. Would definitely recommend her services.”

“Guinevere was fantastic! Great communication, with pictures of my boy playing and being cuddled just like I'd have done. I was worried because I had never left my cat before. Guinevere made sure that she took care of him just as I would and when I got home, my cat was a happy boy! If you're looking for a pet sitter who cares for your fur babies just as you would, Guinevere is the one!”

“Michael was great with our kids. We had a drop in scheduled and he not only did that but went above and beyond by washing the dishes and more importantly cleaning after the mishap either both or one did. We highly appreciated it. We will definitely ask for his help in the future.”

About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life, but started taking care of dogs around the time I was 12 and moreso with cats around 13. We adopted a dog when I was 12 and I fed her, walked her, bathed her, taught her tricks, played with her, we'd even cuddle! We fostered a dog from a hoarder and had another dog after the loss of the last one and I continued to repeat the cycle with this big crazy whippersnapper! Where I was working part-time just closed for the season, so I have plenty of free time for playing with your pups and kitties!!! When I'm not in school, I'll be taking care of my pets and helping my mom out with them around the house, she does Rover too and recommended I get on it. For drop ins, I like to meet the pet first and learn about their likes and dislikes and where to find all of their things. I like to ask questions on how to make sure they feel most comfortable with a new person and try to follow that advice to make sure they feel their best. For walks, I like to get an idea of where they like to walk and any behaviors I can expect while walking them before we head out on our adventure!
About: Reiki. Master spiritual life healer and also can perform on pets, I’m also a great trainer, I love to take care of pets so much I hope to get me day open my own boarding retreat for them. I’m currently taking a break after surgery and decided to go for the rest of the year at home focusing on myself so I love animals I haven’t been able to stay in one state long enough so I don’t own one yet, but I hope to one day old one again and I just enjoy helping others. I get to enjoy their dogs as well. My apartment is secured and has security on site and it also has cameras throughout the whole entire property and I will only keep them around the area and down to the dog park or near the park down by me
About: I've been dog sitting since I was 12 years old and have been around dogs my entire life. While I've never owned my own dog, I initially watched my cousin's dogs when they were out of town, but eventually started watching dogs for family friends and within the last 10 years watched my friend's dogs when they've been out of town. Most dogs I would take on walks or let them out to run around in the yard if it's fenced in (if the area isn't great for walking). I will always take care of your dog like it's my own. I work full time Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm so would be available after 5pm or on the weekends if I'm not travelling. I'm originally from Pittsburgh PA and still go back home on some weekends or will visit NYC for a day to visit friends or family. In my clients home I would either take their dogs on a walk around the block (if the area is decent enough) or can let the dogs out in the yard if it's fenced in. I'm very careful when walking dogs and always remember to pick up after them.
“Alicia was amazing for her drop in visit with my girl Eloise. She was punctual, communicative, understanding when the booking changed slightly. Sent me great photos of my girl. I look forward to having Alicia look after my pup in the future.”

“Kelly is SO wonderful with my pup! I had her stop in to feed my xl Am Bully puppy while I was away at work during the day, and my pup is now obsessed with her! He brings her a toy when she comes in! She also sends me cute pics of him throughout the time she’s here and is sure to follow his feeding instructions. I’m looking to hire her again when work picks back up! Fab!!”

About: Hi! I’m Maria, a lifelong dog lover and work-from-home mom to two teens and a toddler. We recently lost our beloved dog, and our home feels a little quieter without paws around. Caring for dogs again feels like a meaningful way to share that love. I work from home, so your dog will have consistent supervision and companionship. We do morning and evening walks, midday potty breaks, and lots of attention throughout the day. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I work from home, so pets are rarely left alone and are always supervised around my toddler.
“I cannot say enough about our experience with Liz. My dog always looked out the window for her when she wasn’t there to take her for a walk. I trusted her with not only my fur baby, but the key to my place so she could take care of my pup while I was at work. She never disappointed!! 5 stars isn’t enough…definitely deserves a 10!”

“Olivia is great! Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’re happy to have her able to stop in and play with our dog Maile while we’re at work. Maile is so excited every time she sees her! 100% recommend”

About: I have loved and taken care of pets all of my life. Currently, I have a 7 year old pit mix named Hoagie. I am willing to do pretty much anything to keep a pet happy and healthy! My own pets are spoiled rotten. My family has fostered and rescued all sorts of animals ranging from puppies to squirrels and even deer. Growing up I had goats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, geese, turtles and fish along with cats and dogs. I am comfortable with any age or size dog and any sort of other animal there is. I also worked at Petsmart for some time and was trained in pet care and safety. My entire life I have had dogs and all sorts of other pets and there’s nothing that makes me happier than making their little tails wag. I am currently working full time out of the Quakertown area. Mon-Fri I typically work 8-5pm. Sat & Sun are open. I am available for drop ins and walks any day before or after those times. On my off days, I am available any time. Keeping a close eye on your pet while you’re away is of the up most importance. If your pet needs crating, training or just to get some energy out, I want to make sure it’s in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Emmaus
This was our first time booking with Kelly, and she was great with Barney! They hit it off the first time they met, and it was obvious that she loves animals. She kept us informed when she was stopping over to see him and sent us a picture. I will definitely book with her again!

We know our girl is very focused on keeping ‘her pack’ complete. When one or both of us are out, she often watches the door waiting for our return. From the pix and report, it seems Dani did an excellent job of keeping her calm with companionship and comfort during her visit. I’m sure it was a welcomed break for Summer during our absence. It’s good to know we have a person we can feel comfortable with if we have to leave Summer for an extended time.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
