“We have 4 dogs: 2 yorkies, westie, and coon hound. They all love Belinda and don't seem to be disturbed while we are gone. She has a fur baby personality for sure.”

About: Hey there! I’m a 24 year old student working on my Biology degree but I’ve grown up with many pets my whole life! I have two Aussie doodles at home age (male 6y and female 3y) they are always excited to meet new fur - friends. Animals are my dream passion! have plenty of experience with other dogs and love to meet and greet with fur friends! Have a big back yard with lots of space! I do walks and playtime through out the day. I’m currently available for overnight boarding, but I can also kennel if needed to separate from other dogs for daycare. If you are going out of town or need your fur baby walked you can definitely consider me as your dog’s new best friend while you are away! I always make time to send plenty of pictures and updates and will watch over your fur baby as if its was my own. Hiring me as your pet sitter will allow your pet to have the same daily routine as normal along with all the love and attention, in a good environment since things are pretty chill in my home but my dogs love meeting new friends! I do Rover part time but do have weekly walks during the days. I have a flexible working schedule and work usually only from 10am-4pm part time so I can do my best to accommodate any needs to make sure your fur-babies have the best time! I don’t usually do check in’s on pets but if you live close to my location I’m willing to work with you! I am a homeowner in a quiet neighborhood near the beach with a fenced in yard and shaded porch not to mention plenty of toys! I also have two other dogs that are very friendly with others and don’t push boundaries but I can keep them separate from your fur - babies if needed.
“Bethany responded to my desperate need for a last minute request to drop in on my fur babies. I am so grateful that she did. I look forward to continuing to build on this relationship. The communication that she gives during her visit just gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling that your babies are getting the care that you hoped for from a Rover provider. I just hope she is available the next time I am in need.”

“Lex was absolutely amazing and very accommodating! She took amazing care of my babies, she’s incredibly kind, and you can tell she takes pride in the work she does! Will definitely be hiring her again! 10/10”

“Erica never fails to give the BEST care and love to our babies while we travel. She’s so sweet and kind, and we love having such a reliable person to always turn to. ^_^”

“Savannah visited and walked my dog when I traveled for work. I work from home, so he is not used to being crated for long. Savannah worked with me to plan extended visits where she would walk him and play with him. It was so helpful for her to come over for a meet and greet to get instructions. She also helped me when the payment function of the app wasn’t working. Savannah is easy to communicate with, very flexible and accommodating, kind, loving to your pet, and very professional. You can rely on her to take the best care of your fur-baby!!”
About: I have been around a wide variety of dogs and cats ever since I was born. I have been dog and cat sitting both in my Home and at the pet owners home for almost 20 years. I have taken care of dogs and cats, both ones that I had prior experience with and new ones that didn't know me before we initially met. I don't believe I've ever met a dog or cat that didn't like me. I already own a dog, and I frequently take her outside and give her walks. I am used to having all sorts of dogs both in my my home, and staying at the owner's home. My back yard is fully fenced in, and I always use leashes/leads if we go out the front door (for walks or if I'm mowing the lawn for example. If you have a Cat I will take them outside or keep them inside, whichever you prefer. My street ends in a dead end, so there is not a lot of traffic on it. If your pets are more comfortable in your home I am happy to take care of them there, and have experience with it. There are stairs in my house to a basement, but there is a door at the top that remains closed to keep pets from hurting themselves on the stairs. Pets are allowed on furniture in my home (unless you would prefer otherwise,) and if they enjoy sleeping on the bed I am happy to allow them to do that. I keep a stock of Greenies, Marrowbones, and Dental Chew Sticks, and will give them out with any schedule you provide, or you can bring your own.
About: I’m reliable and flexible. I will spend quality time with your babies. I will take them for walks and play. I will love them like they are my own. I can follow whatever routine you have. I do work full time but before and after work won’t be a problem. I will make sure to keep them on the same routine. I can care for your pets in your home better than them being boarded or kenneled. I can housesit and take care of your pets. If your dogs need to be bathed I can bath them.
About: My names Georgia im a college student and I’m young and full of life and I love animals. I’m new to Washington D.C. but very excited I’m here. I have two dogs at my other house and one that is currently living with me. The on living with me her name is bandit and she is a beautiful 2year old husky with one brown eye and one blue eye. She’s always looking for new friends. I was raised around dogs and cats my whole life, so you can pretty much say I’m an expert;). I have experience with dogs who need medication, so if your dog or cat needs medication at a certain time I’m your girl to get that job done! Don’t worry I’ll take great care of you dog!
About: I’ve always had a special place in my heart for animals. I have a love for big and small! Ever since I was 11 years old and received my very own fur baby our house has never been empty of one. We treat our animals like they are family and I will care for yours the same way! I am currently working part-time. My schedule for open days vary but I am free two days a week all day and on weekends at this time and the three days I do work I am available after 5pm. We have a fenced in yard and two very friendly dogs. We have a German shepherd and a Siberian husky! I will take care of your animals with love as I do with mine and also play with them!

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Orange Beach. On Rover:
- 94% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
