About: I have been around dogs all of my life and have experience dog sitting for family members and friends since I was young. I am available part time to love and care for your dog(s) and cat(s) while you are away! I have a male Malshi named Gus Gus that will be with me while house sitting or pet sitting in my own home. He gets along with other small dogs well! He loves to play! He does not come with me to drop-in visits. Your dog and I will play games, go for walks, and be best buds during our time together. I will provide basic pet care duties, such as walking, feeding, playing, brushing, and bathing if necessary. I will clean up any messes that may have occurred and make sure your dog is safe and comfortable at all times until you return home. I have availability during the week after 5:30pm to care for your precious little fur baby. I am not available every weekend but when I am, I will have open availability and can hangout with your pets all day! I treat mine, my friend’s, and family’s pets like family members. I treat them like the precious little babies that they are! We play, get treats for good behavior, take baths when there’s been a little too much fun outside, we brush, eat breakfast and dinner, and cuddle before bed time.

I work from home full-time, and together we only take a few dogs at a time, so every pup gets lots of attention in a comfortable, home environment🤍 We carry our own private pet care insurance (not just Rover’s standard protection). We also keep a consistent routine so everything feels easy for the dogs. We care for every dog together as a team. My husband Nate works at a local school and gets home early, so one (and often both) of us is home throughout the day. We help dogs get comfortable using our dog door so they can go in and out freely and keep their usual routine. We’ve worked with puppies as well and can help reinforce things like potty training, crate time, and settling into a new environment. We keep things relaxed and typically have up to 3 dogs at a time, so every dog has space to feel comfortable. We do a quick meet & greet beforehand to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. Our setup works best for small to medium dogs. We have a fully fenced yard with a custom-built dog door, plus added safety features like anti-dig guards and front porch fencing for extra peace of mind. We also have cameras covering the backyard and main dog areas so we can keep a close eye on everyone. Inside, things are clean, cozy, and dog-safe, with floors and common areas kept clear so dogs don’t get into anything they shouldn’t. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy caring for pets with all different personalities, ages, and needs. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, and once I was old enough, I rescued, raised, and trained two puppies of my own from just 8 weeks old.
