About: I have been around dogs all of my life and have experience with dogs of many different breeds and age ranges. Coming from previous experience at a dog boarding facility, I am trained in feeding, handling, and medicating dogs and have worked with dogs of various levels of aggression. Please note that I don't have any experience with cats. This is what I do, so I can be on-call 24 hours for the days that I am available. I have my own dog that I take care of, but I can usually fit your pet into my routine! Please keep in mind that, while I do accept same day booking for some services, any service requested with less than 24 hours notice will come with an additional 50% fee. I currently cannot board dogs since my apartment is not big enough to house more than one dog. When caring for dogs, I make sure to give them the attention and space they require. Please instruct me or provide me with details on how you want your dog to be cared for (and also if your dog has any allergies, I love to give treats!!!)

I currently work as a gym manager, which allows me flexibility throughout the day since I typically start work later in the morning. I am also able to step away during the day for walks, check-ins, feeding, and quality time with your pets. I am also able to step away during my lunch break to check on pets, let them out, or spend some quality time with them. I have flexibility throughout the week, and I am available on weekends as well. I always prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any specific instructions they provide. I also make sure to be respectful of their home by keeping things clean and treating their space with care. I understand that every pet has a different personality and needs, so I take the time to get to know each animal and provide them with the attention, affection, and exercise they need. My goal is to make pets feel comfortable while giving owners peace of mind knowing their animals and home are being well taken care of. At this time, I primarily offer care in the client’s home, including drop-in visits, walks, and check-ins.

“At the risk of writing such a glowing review that Jennifer becomes so popular that she's no longer available to watch our boys, I have to say having her pet sit was an across the board excellent experience. Our prior sitter bailed on us last minute and Jennifer came through with professionalism on very short notice. She came very prepared and took notes on how we like to have things done. The photos she sent every few days of our trip made us very comfortable with the level of care our boys were receiving and made it clear how much they enjoyed her company. I think it's safe to say they are still missing her! I highly recommend hiring Jennifer, and look forward to doing so again soon!”

About: I have worked at the pet shop in town for almost 5 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition and am here to help with that as well. I have always loved dogs & animals. I have 3 dogs now and use to have cats growing up. I have always helped family/ friends with their pets. My cousins would call me “ the dog whisperer” I am very patient and understanding- a dog sometimes is anxious just like us humans. I think taking time out of the day and using interactive toys is so important for stimulation and keeping them busy. I usually am off on sunday & wednesday. I typically work in the morning until 3pm. Can do walks/feed them/ check in’s on the dogs after work. I have lots of grass outside & a gate inside.I would play with them outside, make sure they have a harness and a longer line ( so they are safe)& take them for walks. I can brush the dogs as well. I do prefer to stop at the clients house. I have 2 dogs at my house - it can be a lot. In the clients house I would first make sure the dog goes outside to the bathroom upon arrival. I would take them for a walk, play with the dogs outside( depending on the gate situation) Make sure they have lots of water, food & i can brush them.

When we returned home the house was as clean if not cleaner than when we left it! She even went above and beyond waiting for a grocery delivery when our flight was delayed.
