“I have a 12 yr cockapoo who requires daily medication. Noria has been our overnight sitter since April 2024. She only takes one dog in addition to her own sweet Milo. Noria is incredibly kind, smart, professional, loves dogs and has a gentle/loving way in interacting with my Kobe. She has been truly a blessing to find! My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. “Debbie sent pictures and all I saw were 2 small dogs who did not miss their human Mom. There was play time (smiles and action), down time (cuddling and relaxing). I was always under the impression they sat in a corner and missed me with all their tiny hearts, but no - Debbie had them going the whole time! One fell asleep on the drive home due to the days action, the other needed every minute of tthe days action! Her property is amazing! Gorgeous setting only maybe two or three miles from downtown Bernardsville. So much safe space to run and play in. Exploring is at the top of Louie's requirements and he had a whole acre of fenced in yard to get all his Terrier on! Thanks so much Debbie! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!”

As a teacher, I bring patience, structure, and lots of heart to everything I do—including pet care. I treat every dog like one of my students: with kindness, respect, and a deep commitment to their well-being. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a gentle senior dog, I adapt to their needs, provide consistent care, and ensure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. As I’m currently off for summer break, I have plenty of time and flexibility to dedicate to pet care. I’m available to welcome dogs into my home or provide in-home care at your place through September. I’m happy to give your pets lots of attention, exercise, and love while you’re away! Safety, trust, and comfort are at the core of how I care for every pet. As a lifelong animal lover and educator, I understand how important it is to create a secure, loving environment—whether your dog is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home. I live near a beautiful local reservoir with a safe walking path that I’ve used with many dogs over the years. I’m very familiar with the area and always remain alert and aware during walks to ensure your pet’s safety. I would never put your beloved pet, another animal, or anyone else in a risky situation. Their well-being comes first—always. As a teacher, safety is second nature to me. I bring that same responsibility and care into my pet-sitting—balancing structure and protection with plenty of fun, love, and tail wags along the way!
About: Caring for animals has always been something that comes naturally to me. I’ve spent years around dogs and other pets, helping friends, family, and neighbors with walking, feeding, playtime, and overnight care. I’m comfortable working with dogs and any animal of different sizes, ages, and temperaments, from energetic puppies that need lots of exercise to older dogs that prefer slower walks and extra care. I always follow each pet’s routine, care instructions, and any special needs provided by the owner to make sure they feel secure and well cared for. I maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment where pets can relax and feel at home. Whether it’s during a walk, a drop in visit, or extended care, I always keep a close eye on pets and make sure they are safe, comfortable, and happy at all times. I’m attentive to behavior, body language, and any changes in mood or energy so I can respond quickly if something seems off. I also make sure pets have fresh water, proper feeding, plenty of exercise or playtime, and lots of affection. Communication is very important to me, so I provide updates, photos, and messages to keep owners informed and reassured while they’re away. My goal is to create a safe, trustworthy experience where both pets and their owners feel completely at ease.

About: I have worked at the pet shop in town for almost 5 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition and am here to help with that as well. I have always loved dogs & animals. I have 3 dogs now and use to have cats growing up. I have always helped family/ friends with their pets. My cousins would call me “ the dog whisperer” I am very patient and understanding- a dog sometimes is anxious just like us humans. I think taking time out of the day and using interactive toys is so important for stimulation and keeping them busy. I usually am off on sunday & wednesday. I typically work in the morning until 3pm. Can do walks/feed them/ check in’s on the dogs after work. I have lots of grass outside & a gate inside.I would play with them outside, make sure they have a harness and a longer line ( so they are safe)& take them for walks. I can brush the dogs as well. I do prefer to stop at the clients house. I have 2 dogs at my house - it can be a lot. In the clients house I would first make sure the dog goes outside to the bathroom upon arrival. I would take them for a walk, play with the dogs outside( depending on the gate situation) Make sure they have lots of water, food & i can brush them.
About: My friends and family call me Tom Care-a-lot, Tom the Mom, and The Dog Whisperer. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I have worked at East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort as a Daycare and Kennel worker, and occasionally perform Vet Tech duties such as administering medication, which has taught me a lot about caring for multiple dogs and adapting to each dogs' individual needs. I have also worked for GoDog West Nashville and Morris Animal Inn. To be responsible for another life sometimes means that you have to be flexible, I understand if something comes up last minute, it happens; I will be as flexible as you and your dogs' needs. Your dog will be in good-hearted, caring hands while you are doing what you need to do. Your dogs and their home will be safe, you can leave it to me. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.
About: Im 30 years old, the youngest of three boys. I am a former athlete and current student at RVCC studying dietetics. Growing up we had two golden retrievers( both females so my mom wasn’t alone in that regard). With our first dog Shannon me and my brothers all shared the responsibility of taking care of. After Shannon had passed we felt that there was a void in the family that needed to be filled. That’s when kiely our second golden joined the family. Now at this time both my brothers were out of the house. The responsibilities of taking care of kiely fell upon me and I was more than happy to uphold them. I know of many parks and trails around this area that are perfect for dogs as well. I am currently working for my mother as an assistant of sorts in her dietetics practice. The hours are flexible so I'll be there for whatever you or your furry friend need. I am easygoing and adaptable. Whatever specifications you layout and accommodations you require, I will oblige. Dogs are a part of the family as thus should be treated so. Whether old or young, sick or healthy, just as you would, I will passionately care for your dog.
About: Hi! My name is Sara and I want to shower your fur baby with all their favorite things: love, treats and walks! I know I can give them the greatest care! I currently work remotely from home a few days a week and am off on the weekends. This makes me a perfect host for your pets. My responsibility and care for them is extremely important and what you need in a caretaker! I live in a beautiful and spacious apartment complex with many areas for walks and a designated park for dogs! It is fenced in with two security doors and has both a small and large dog park.
