“I wish I could leave 10 stars, Ladonna is my personal hero! We had to make an emergency change in dog sitters while we were states away, and Ladonna came to our rescue. After just leaving the house of a multi day dog sitting job, she saw my message and jumped into action. It can be overwhelming to receive home care instructions at the drop of a hat but she handled it very well and professionally. She was very comfortable and easy to work with. Even with an electrical problem causing all lights to go out, she picked up some lamps and solved the problem. Not to mention she gifted us the lamps! she stayed 2.5 hours later then she had originally agreed to, and with all of the stress of trying to find a new sitter for my dog I forgot to mention my cat so she arrived to an additional surprise and she handled it very well. in addition she kept me updated the whole time with pictures and was able to take care of everything seamlessly. Long story short I was a very last minute and difficult client and she had the most grace, kindness, and patience with me. I will now always reach out to Ladonna for my next dog sitting needs. I would recommend her to anyone.”

About: Hi there! I am unfortunately unable to accept new canine clients at this time. Due to my full time job, I simply don’t have the time that your fur babies deserve. If you are a reoccurring client or have booked with me in the past, I will accept requests if I am available. Thank y’all for everything! I have been caring for animals ever since I was about 10 years old. Whether that was fostering a litter of puppies with my family or pet sitting for the neighbor, I wanted to constantly be caring for animals. At 14, I got my first job at a veterinary clinic as a kennel technician; by 16 I was a vet tech assistant and at 17 I was promoted to vet tech. I’m currently in school for my associates degree in veterinary technology with hopes to put that education towards a veterinary medical technician license. All of this to say, I am extremely qualified and happy to care of your fur baby while you’re away! However, my availability is limited due to my full time job and school. I’m currently working at an emergency veterinary hospital in 4 days a week, typically 10-12 hour shifts. I can’t always guarantee being available for a booking and I apologize for that but there are so many other amazing sitters on Rover who I know are just as qualified! I look forward to seeing your fluffy cuties :) I am currently attending college as well as working 40 hours a week. My work schedule keeps me pretty busy but in my free time I love pet sitting. The days I work change every week so my availability will probably vary. Unfortunately I can’t offer pet boarding at my house. I have 6 dogs and one of them is a rescue that is very aggressive towards strangers (humans, dogs, cats, etc.)

“My “cat” has to go out for a walk everyday because he refuses to use the indoor bathroom. If Austin can walk a cat, he can handle anything well! He’s also very responsive so I felt much relieved.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats and farm animals for the past 6 years for other people, and have had many animals of my own. I currently only work a few hours a week, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies any time of day! I take them out for potty breaks, feed, and play with according to their schedule throughout the day. On a leash, since I do not have a fence at my home.
