About: There have been cats and dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. To old dogs held over from my parents’ time; To my first pair of adopted black kittens who I stayed with until the end. I currently have 3 personal cats I love and care for daily. :) When it comes to personal dogs, I used to cooperatively care for a small white Maltese mixed dog named Boo(after the ghost from Mario!) that I would feed and take on daily walks for my parents who would be busy with work at the time. There is also my Sister's Mini Australian Shepherd named Ozzie I have played walked and played with on occasion. He's a little more of a hefty boy but he's never gotten away from me! There was also a short time I worked at an animal shelter where I moved all kinds of dogs too and fro outside for kennel cleaning and activity, along with a few times I was able to help with the cats in residence. They really break your heart and it really put me to test sometimes, but I know I've come out better for my time there. I always look forward to meeting new animals and learning their personalities! I have a mostly free schedule currently and am looking to fill it with taking care of your pets! I am happy to work things around and learn what your pet needs best. I have a set up with two different feeding stations and 2 litter boxes to help facilitate calm cohabitation. When I used to have a small dog I would take her on a leashed walk about a quarter mile in the yard twice a day.

“Laura was great with our animals. We have 2 dogs and a cat. Old and young-big and little, Laura took care of them all and sent lots of pictures and videos each day. Laura also took care of our house while we were gone. When we came home the house was clean and neat. The bed had been stripped and the sheets washed. About: I've been around animals my whole life, advocating for shelter animals for many years. I have dog sat for a number of family and friends (and their friends) for the past few years, just getting set up with a professional account. I raised livestock for the FFA in middle school and high school (training very stubborn pigs lol). In my free time i volunteer at the local animal shelter and take the dogs out on adventures in town on the weekends. I have fostered adult dogs and puppies. I just left my full-time corporate job to take some time off before i pursue my dream of cosmetology school in may. Therefore, I am very available for daily walks, overnight stays, doggy daycare during the day, etc. I actively monitor the dogs and their behavior hinting at what they may need. While walking dogs i am always on alert and on the look out for other dogs, reading body language and keeping distance.

About: I’ve not only trained my dogs in the past myself but I have also cared for older pets as well. I’m new to rover but I’ve cared for many pets in the past. I work Monday through Friday but I’m off on weekends. I’m able to watch your fur babies while your away on vacations and long trips. I can come stay with your pets while your out of town or just pop in for some quick care however many trips a day. And I’m always happy to take the fur babies on a walk.
