In addition to being kept safe and having his physical needs met, I feel he really benefits mentally from staying there and I am relaxed and not consumed with worry. Karine always kept me updated with texts and pictures and let me know of any issues. I hope to always leave Nicolo with Karine and Ryan when the need arises.”

They followed all our instructions about his food, routine, and preferences, and truly made him feel at home in a family-like setting. Coco, who loves people and other dogs, got plenty of playtime and interaction. They also sent regular photo and video updates, and it was clear Coco was having a great time. One standout moment: we were delayed picking him up due to bad weather and traffic and arrived much later than expected on a Sunday night. Despite the late hour, they were incredibly understanding and kind—no complaints, just genuine hospitality. Carlos and Jessica are everything you could hope for in dog sitters—caring, responsible, and truly passionate about what they do. We can’t recommend them enough!”
