“Erin has been awesome with Bella who is still a puppy with tons of energy! She reinforces what Bella is learning in obedience classes!! Very sweet and dependable! I would recommend her!!”

About: I have trained my dog, and have had pets my whole life. I have dog sat constantly and have taken care of other animals. I have had other pets like guinea pigs and lizards. I love being able to walk my dog and take care of any other pets. I always make time to hang out with pets. I also have a pet hamster currently. I am very loving towards any animals. I love being around them and hanging out with them. I feed and play with them, along with walking them. I make sure they get enough attention throughout the day and get all their lovings in.

“Elise has been great with our Jasper boy who takes time to warm up to people. She is cautious when walking him, and takes his limits on socializing into consideration. We are happy we found Elise.”

About: Hi! I’m Audrey, it’s nice to meet you! I have lived and worked in Wilmington, NC for over 3 years now. I’m newer to Rover, but I have nearly two decades of pet care experience. I have flexibility to care for animals during many weekdays, including walks, house visits, and more. I have my own pet (a 6 year old black cat named Nova!) and have cared for the animals of my family and friends for several years. I know how important it is to find the right fit, so please don’t hesitate to ask questions. I’d love to meet your pet! 🐾 I am currently have flexibility during the daytime on weekdays. However, I am flexible and happy to work with your schedule as much as possible! Your pet’s safety and comfort is my absolute priority. I am flexible to adjust to your animal’s schedule and individual needs. I have worked with a variety of animals including high energy dogs, calm quiet cats, and anything in-between.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets for many years. From neighbors to families I have babysat for, I’ve always enjoyed caring and spending time with animals and want to provide the best care! I currently have a very open schedule as I recently moved to the area and am taking a break from working. In the next coming months I’ll have complete open availability. I am very comfortable with all kinds of dogs and cats and am able to take care of them as needed. Catering to different needs and situations.

About: I have had a number of different pets since I was a young child from fish to guinea pigs to dogs. I also have some experience with hamsters, chinchillas, rabbits, and more. I currently have 2 adorable, fun, energetic pups, Jaecar and Levi. I have experience caring for puppies, adults and senior dogs. I work full time from home so I am able to take my lunch break when necessary and can easily run to your house before work, after work, and/or during my lunch break for feedings, walks, etc! I have a fenced in yard if we decide that it’s easier to have your baby here. However, I mostly prefer to go to your home so that your baby is as comfortable and stress-free as possible!

“From our Meet and Greet to the dogs' first walk, I knew Barbara was a great fit! Punctual and so personable. I don't think I've ever met a dog walker (or sitter) that said I look forward to building a relationship with your dogs but Barbara did. And, with reflection, it is exactly what I wanted (but didn't know I wanted) in a dog walker. Not someone that was just there to walk and potty before moving on to the next but someone that would want to engage with them (as they were walking). I know most people want to leave their dogs in good hands and I really believe - with Barbara - my two dogs are. I highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 2 (a Jack Russel Terrier, a Westie, and a Shiba Inu). I’ve trained them from puppies, to taking care of them as elderly dogs. My husband (also a lifelong dog-owner and dog-lover) and I are dog owners currently to our two Golden Retrievers, Oakley and Maple. When under my care, your dogs will be filled with tender loving care as my own. I work from home Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule so your dogs needs and attention will be my priority! When boarding with us, prepare for them to return to you tired after lots of playtime with me and my pups! I have a fenced in large backyard for your dogs to get the zoomies out and play fetch. We’re able to crate your dog if requested and keep with their particular schedule/routine.

“Stephanie is reliable, great communicator and just all around great girl! She took great care of my Teak while we were away. I’m sure he will miss her ! Thanks Stephanie.”

About: I’ve had a dog for 5 years and she’s a lab mix so I know how to handle crazy energy! I love playing with dogs and will be sure to do everything for them. I work part-time at a restaurant but as the off-season I’m looking for a side gig to fill the time and that’s fun for me and your pets! I’m very good at shutting doors/gates quickly to make sure your pet doesn’t run off to a place they shouldn’t be, I’m very good at not instigating any negative behaviors that are undesired.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. Most recently I fostered a senior dog and 6 years ago I adopted my senior pup Eddie who recently passed away at 16. I have experience with puppies and all kinds of dog breeds. Having used Rover I know what it’s like to be worried about leaving your dog behind. I’m a major dog lover and will take great care of your pup! I live in a house with a fenced in yard and know of lots of areas for walks and fun. I recently adopted a lab/shepherd mix puppy named Finn! He loves to play! I work for a children’s nonprofit from home so I’ll be able to spend lots of time with your pup. Feel free to ask me any questions! I work from home so my schedule is very flexible and I can easily be ready for potty breaks or walk breaks for high energy pups! I am a big believer of pets being allowed on furniture so I don’t mind if they climb on mine, but if you want to keep them following a certain rule I’m happy to oblige.

“Jennifer met and walked my two dogs for the first time today and she did a great job. Both dogs took to her immediately. Jennifer was very patient with one dog who can be recalcitrant at times and got her to do a full walk. We look forward to having Jennifer walk our dogs again in the future.”
