“Our dogs can be a little difficult. Two of them are seniors and one is a rescue puppy who is very insecure. Don did an exceptional job of taking care of them and we’re grateful to him for his conscientious care of our babies.”

About: Hi, I’m Jesus! I’m a proud dog dad to a lovable 6 year old 80 pound mixed breed, so I know firsthand how much trust it takes to let someone else care for your pet. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’ve worked with low energy seniors to energetic puppies and I approach each one with the same level of patience and understanding. Whether your animal needs a brisk walk, a little extra TLC, or a slow stroll, I’ll make sure they feel safe and happy every time they’re in my care. I treat every animal as if they are my own! I’m available all day on Sunday and before/after work on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Perfect for pets who need regular walks, drop in visits, or extra attention during that time. I follow your pets routines closely - from feeding schedules to favorite walking routines - so they feel safe and comfortable in their own environment. I’m happy to give playtime, walks, and any special care instructions you provide.

“Patricia was great with my cat, Skitty! We hired her to do drop-ins to set up the auto-feeders, clean up his litterbox, and play and cuddle with him. She is very communicative and sent lots of photos, which I appreciate so much. She made sure to update me on other things going on in the house as well. I would highly recommend her for cat sitting. Thank you so much, Patricia!”

About: i have had 3 dogs in my lifetime, all mixed labs. All living to 14.5 years old. During their lives, I have always taken them to dog training at first, kept up with their Vet visits and provided medication for the usual things dogs can catch, walked them, taken them to dog parks, socialized them with people and all sized dogs. If there is a place on Long Island that allows dogs, I most probably have been there. I have also cared for dogs, of friends, in my home, so I have references. I no longer have a house, I have a co-op, so I am not allowed to care for your dog in my home, unfortunately. I am recently retired, so I am free most days. I worked for the phone company for 31 years, as a receptionist for 12 years, and as a teller for Chase bank for 2 years. And raised 3 children. When I dog sit for your dog, your rules are the rules. I will follow the schedule that you give me. Walking and feeding is what I am there for. And lots of LOVE.

About: I have dog care experience as I have a dog with me, labrador pitbull mix and he can be quite a handful sometimes but I always get him in control and never in a negative way, they're dogs, they make mistakes, thy love us no matter what so give them a chance and be patient, I treat every animal as a friend, if my dog seems uncomfortable, I set him a pillow or a blanket if he's cold, if he won't eat his food, I'll find healthy alternatives to add so he will eat, he never leaves my side so I know he loves me, I've had situations where other people's dogs end up liking me more then their owner and that's not my intention, but I just love them so much and I feel like they can sense it, so they become extremely sweet with me

“Hana has more than survived my 3 semi-rigorous interviews…she’s come out graciously. She is communicative, prepared, punctual and generous with her time. We’ve hired her for 1 walk and look forward to having her back the same week.”

I primarily dog-sat in California before moving to New York to attend school and work full-time as a babysitter. Now, I’m excited to offer dog sitting services again – both in my home and yours! 🐾 In-Home Dog Sitting (Small Dogs Only): Because of my own small pup, I can only welcome small dogs into my home for boarding. My girl is not spayed so I will only be accepting neutered males at this time. Jesus is a true animal lover and was amazing with my dogs — feeding them, walking them, and making sure they were happy and comfortable. What really stood out to me was how trustworthy and reliable he is. Jesus kept me updated during each visit and even sent me pictures, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. “Hello, Albert is very sweet and caring, he has a very great connection with animals. He has taken care of my dogs previously, my dogs adore him and he is able to learn from the pets what they like or dislike and from that he is able to find the best way to connect with them. He also has a pet of his own that he dearly loves and takes care of. What make him great in caring for animals is the very generous personality he has to allow dogs to shine o their own for their traits.”
