I have the flexibility to give them plenty of attention throughout the day — walks, backyard playtime, cuddle breaks, or quiet time if that’s their speed. Daily care isn’t something I squeeze in; it’s a natural and joyful part of my routine. Your pup’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My half-acre backyard is fully fenced with a spacious patio and a covered area for shade, perfect for supervised play or lounging. Inside, your dog will be welcomed like family — cozy, cared for, and never crated unless that’s part of their routine. I get to know each dog’s personality and needs so I can mirror their home life as much as possible. I keep things consistent, calm, and full of love. You can expect regular updates, photos, and honest communication every step of the way.

About: Dogs have been a part of our hearts and lives for as long as we can remember. My husband began breeding, training, and raising Labrador Retrievers during college, and when he moved here, his beloved Labs came with him. They were cherished members of our family until they passed at the incredible ages of 15 and 17. A year into our relationship, he gave me a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel for Valentine’s Day—and that’s when my love affair with Cavaliers truly began. That special gift opened the door to a lifelong passion for this sweet and gentle breed. We are proud foster parents with the Tennessee chapter of Cavalier Rescue USA, where we welcome dogs from all backgrounds into our home. So there may be times when you see an extra little Cavalier in our home. We care for them, nurture them, and help them transition into the loving “furever” homes they deserve. In addition to fostering, we’ve volunteered with the Nashville Humane Association, participating in their “Doggie Day Out” program, which gives shelter dogs a much-needed break from the stress of kennel life. Taking them out for adventures and social time not only lifts their spirits but helps them connect with potential adopters. We’ve always loved dogs of all breeds, they hold a special place in our hearts, each with their own unique personalities. Over the years, we’ve also helped care for the pets of friends and family while they’re away—whether it’s a weekend trip or a longer vacation. With all this experience and love in our hearts, we thought: why not open our home to others who need trusted, loving care for their dogs? Our dogs are our kids. We cherish every moment with them, and we promise to treat your furbabies with the same love and attention as if they were our own. When your pup is with us, you can rest easy knowing they’re safe, happy, and surrounded by people who truly care. My husband works from home full time, so there’s always someone here 24/7 to provide attention, care, and company throughout the day. I work weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and together, we make sure every pup is loved, played with, and well cared for. We love relaxing outside while the pups play in our fully fenced, spacious backyard—there’s plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore! We have two friendly dogs of our own to keep your pup company, and if your dog needs a break or their own space, we’re happy to crate them upon request. You can take comfort in knowing your furbabies will be safe with us and get lots of snuggle time!

About: I have owned and cared for animals since I can remember! I can provide not only just walks for your dogs but because I workout 5-6 times a week i can help them get in shape too! Playing fetch is a great way to exercise ! Currently my Labrador Mac joins me on early morning strolls (sometimes runs) and accompany me during my studies to be a Veterinary Assistant. Learning how to properly care for animals is something I am so lucky to get to do everyday. About: I have owned and cared for animals most of my adult life! Mostly dogs and cats, but a few rabbits, fish, and other oddities here and there (no snakes though!). Pets are my passion! I never had children of my own, so fur babies ARE my kids! Recently, I helped my baby girl, Dollie, deliver her first litter of Shih-tzu puppies. They are PRECIOUS and raising them was one of the biggest joys of my life so far! Prior to getting Dollie and Porter (yes, they are named after Dolly Parton and Porter Waggoner), I rescued a Shih-tzu named Nash and had him for 11 awesome years. He had a lot of medical issues, including surviving cancer twice, so I am also well-versed in caring for senior dogs and giving them medication, feeding special foods, etc. Additionally, my friends and family don't hesitate to call on me when they need help caring for their four-legged friends. I have two precious Shih-tzus as noted in my "Pet care experience" and am able to devote extra time to them because I currently work from home. That also means I have great flexibility to help care for your fur babies! I have a fully fenced-in yard where your pup(s) can run and play. My two Shih-tzus are also friendly and love to play and keep their four-legged friends company. I can also crate your pup if you or it prefer.

About: I've been taking care of our dogs and cats for over 50 years. We've had as many as 5 dogs and 3 cats at one time, all Rescue-all sizes and temperaments and living in our house. I walk the dogs most mornings and play with them in our fenced in backyard. We both volunteered at a Cat Rescue in Nashville for over a year. Mostly handling 30-40 kittens with feeding, cleaning & watering, but also some adult cats and general cleaning of the facility. We've Adopted many "Rescue" dogs/cats over the years and have Fostered several dogs. In addition we've donated our time/money to many of these organizations. Nashville Pittie, Clk/Mont County Humane Society, Middle Tennessee German Shepherd Rescue, True Rescue in Nashville, etc. I love dogs and cats and hope to spend my free time with them! I'm retired, so I am available except for occasional appointments or activities. But, I can work around my schedule. My wife is also retired, and she will be help out when I'm not available. I am the Primary. Between each of us we can cover 24/7 needs. We've got a fenced in backyard for the dogs to Potty and Play in. I clean up after our dogs multiple times/day. We've also got an upstairs apartment with a separate entrance for Boarding. We've kept our Granddogs multiple times over the years and they needed to be separate from ours. I am able to spend time upstairs in the apartment and spend the night with them. If they get along with other dogs and want playmates we are happy to have them join our crew for either playtime or staying full time with us.

About: I've grown up with my dog and currently have my own and have raised them since they were a puppy. I give frequent walks and potty breaks to them. I'm working from home and I'm able to frequently give time outside if they need to have a potty break. I have a fenced backyard. It is fenced all around my house.
