About: I have a lot of experience caring for both cats and dogs. I understand cats on an intuitive level and absolutely love them. I enjoy walking, running, playing, and snuggling with my two large dogs. I am a full time student with a part time job. I joined Rover to fill in the awkward gaps in employment during school breaks. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 9 years old, and it's been a big part of my life ever since. I grew up with a small Cavachon and two mini Goldendoodles, helping care for them from their playful puppy days through their senior years. Today, I’m the proud parent of a paraplegic rescue Pitbull (yes, she has a wheelchair! 😊), who came into my life at age 6 and is now a thriving 11-year-old. In addition to my own dog, I still help with my family’s pups and have been trusted to care for many friends’ dogs over the years — even those of my college soccer coaches and school administrators. With my husband out of town, it was difficult to keep up on his walks, but Raquel allowed him his continued and much needed daily exercise. Without it, my toddler would be trampled. She gave updates on the walks and made Rocky feel safe. He came back from his walks a different dog and would drink water and rest. Thank you!! Highly recommend!”
