About: I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I absolutely adore animals of all kinds, especially cats. I have experience caring for my kitty that had cancer, including providing subcutaneous fluids, medications/fluids/food through a feeding tube, and administering liquid, capsule, tablet, and transdermal medications. I also have experience with other feline medical issues, such as chronic urinary blockages and feline asthma. Further, I have never lived in a home without a dog, and have a background in animal behavior, training, grooming, and health. I have no problem providing medications to any animals and have experience with seniors. I love dogs of all sizes, especially huge dogs! I am available 24/7 and am extremely flexible with scheduling! I am fully self-employed and I have an extremely open schedule. I have no problem with short-notice cancellations or applications, and will almost always be able to take on your request! I will fully adapt to you and your pet’s schedule. My job is to maintain your pet’s wellbeing and enrichment, so that is what I’m there to do!

I have a fence yard , and maintain the grounds. I have one dog friendly dog who is about 30 pounds, Who is fully vaccinated and sees the vet regularly. I have cameras as well for daily supervision.

“Jessie looked after our soon to be 19 yr old kitty, Bella. She's a tough one...blind, deaf in one ear, has asthma and in renal failure (but is still going strong). Oh, Bella also has attitude...aka...tortietude...the kind a Persain tortoiseshell, senior cat would have. Trust me, I had reservations leaving her for one night, but I did. Thankfully, Jessie came through. Jessie was reliable in every way...even when it came to medicating Bella, which turned out to be more difficult than the consult. I guess, because Bella is now blind, taking a treat, with medication hidden inside, from a stranger, is a no-no. Anyway, we were able to talk things through, and ultimately, late in the evening, Jessie was able to manually give Bella her medications...and I was able to sleep soundly knowing Bella was in good hands. Jessie is a kind soul, has patience, and cared enough to meet Bella where she was. For that, I would hire her again in a heart beat.”

I then gained clients and have been pet sitting from my home and others ever since. I have always dreamed of opening my own dog boarding and then remember I won't even take my own dog to be boarded! A typical day at our home for your pet would include waking up in our bed, breakfast, mornings outside pending on weather (I have an outdoor desk), playing with millions of toys we can't seem to stop buying and of course when Alex comes home a walk around the neighborhood. About: From my experience in shelter care and veterinary medicine, I am very comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. I have dealt with strays and owned pets from every imaginable background, and I believe every animal is worthy of patience, respect, and affection. I’m currently unemployed so I have a very open schedule for watching your dogs and cats! I typically let my own dogs out about 4-5 times a day, and they each have their own feeding schedule that I attend to as needed. I am very flexible right now, and would also be available to do fluids, injections, and other specific medical and behavioral needs (e.g., extra walks, extra play time, etc.). I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs, and two sweet cats, to keep your furbaby company. I am comfortable crating dogs and have an extra crate for a small-medium dog. One of my dogs is a senior dog with special needs, so I am perfectly comfortable housing and caring for dogs who have their own special needs. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I am very used to dealing with seizures and the safety precautions that go along with them. These dogs have also never met a stranger, and our home is an overall very welcoming environment to all creatures (I even have a pet spider!).

About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. I currently work full time with dogs on a daily basis, but love to fit in extra care when I can. I am often available for house visits, overnight visits, and more! Ideally for overnight visits, the pup/pet would be okay for 8 hours at a time due to work, but always willing to be flexible or work around as best I can.
