About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12! I have a 15 year old miniature schnauzer as well! I am very loving when it comes to animals and take care of them with my whole being! I just recently graduated from Auburn and I am job searching as of right now! I am working part time usually on the weekends and I am about to start another job working part time as well. As of right now I am able to care for animals anytime I am not at work! I have always house sat for family’s growing up! Keeping a clean house along with caring for someone else’s animal is a huge priority for me. I love playing with dogs so if I am watching your pet, I am most likely playing with him/her! I usually like to eat when the dog eats, weird I know, but I do it with my dog back home and he loves it!

“Jessie looked after our soon to be 19 yr old kitty, Bella. She's a tough one...blind, deaf in one ear, has asthma and in renal failure (but is still going strong). Oh, Bella also has attitude...aka...tortietude...the kind a Persain tortoiseshell, senior cat would have. Trust me, I had reservations leaving her for one night, but I did. Thankfully, Jessie came through. Jessie was reliable in every way...even when it came to medicating Bella, which turned out to be more difficult than the consult. I guess, because Bella is now blind, taking a treat, with medication hidden inside, from a stranger, is a no-no. Anyway, we were able to talk things through, and ultimately, late in the evening, Jessie was able to manually give Bella her medications...and I was able to sleep soundly knowing Bella was in good hands. Jessie is a kind soul, has patience, and cared enough to meet Bella where she was. For that, I would hire her again in a heart beat.”

I’m used to making time for things that need attention every day, so feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins all fit in naturally. During the week, I have a flexible routine that allows me to stop in for visits, walks, or spend quality time with pets. I make sure they stay on their normal schedule as much as possible so they feel comfortable and stress-free. On a daily basis, I’m attentive and organized, so I don’t miss important things like feeding times, medications (if needed), or giving pets the attention they deserve. I also make time for updates to keep owners informed. Overall, pet care isn’t something I try to “fit in” last minute, it’s something I prioritize and plan my time around. About: I was a Manager at a dog lodge for 4 years. I took care of all sizes and breeds of dogs. I am CPR certified. I am pretty good at training dogs, but not professionally. I’m currently on a break from working a full time job. Currently I am enjoying my hobbies, and taking care of my own dogs. We go to the dog park every other day, and they get plenty of enrichment time. I live in an apartment. We have a dog park here. It is fully fenced in and open 24/7. I am also right next to the Shelby Farms dog park. We can do leash walks and off-leash walks if you want. I also have 3 dogs of my own- a whippet, a cavalier, and a cocker spaniel mix. They all are great with other dogs. I also have multiple crates in my house. If anyone doesn’t get along, I have ways to work around it.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I got my first one when I was five years old. I know pets need a lot of attention and affection I am a retired teacher, so I have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies. I have two grandkids that keep me busy too. About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. I currently work full time with dogs on a daily basis, but love to fit in extra care when I can. I am often available for house visits, overnight visits, and more! Ideally for overnight visits, the pup/pet would be okay for 8 hours at a time due to work, but always willing to be flexible or work around as best I can. I love getting to care for pet’s in their own home, as it adds an extra level of comfort for them. About: There have been several dogs, cats, and more in my household since I was a child. I have about 3 years experience with pet sitting for pets other than my own. I am experienced with handling special needs pets including medicine administration, feeding young puppies/kittens, and caring for senior dogs and cats. I'm currently a full-time nursing student, so I will be balancing your pet's needs beside my classes and clinicals. I can board over weekends, and on select days of the week (Monday, Friday). For the sake of preventing confusion, here's my availability schedule for potty breaks/walks/feeding/play, etc. for the daytime: Sunday: No scheduling conflicts, i can come by whenever you need. Monday: Can check any time before 12:00 pm and any time after 2:30 pm. Tuesday: Any time before 12:00 pm, and any time after 2:30 pm Wednesday: Any time after 4 pm. Thursday: Any time after 4 pm. Friday: Any time after 12 pm. Saturday: No scheduling conflicts, i can come by whenever you need. - I can check multiple times for all days outside of my class schedule. I can crate your dog if needed, I have owned three dogs in my life that required crating at night. I can handle dogs that get easily excited when seeing people or other dogs, including large dogs. I can handle dogs with guarding issues. I will prioritize your pet's safety and comfort, and needs over everything else else.

About: I’ve owned different breeds of dogs from pit bulls to chihuahuas. Growing up I was the dog sitter for everyone around. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. I am between jobs rn so for the next couple weeks I am completely free any time of day any day for whatever needs my pets may need. My yard is not fenced in so outside time at my house will consist of being walked on a leash for as long as the dogs may need. But otherwise they will be inside.

About: From my experience in shelter care and veterinary medicine, I am very comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. I have dealt with strays and owned pets from every imaginable background, and I believe every animal is worthy of patience, respect, and affection. I’m currently unemployed so I have a very open schedule for watching your dogs and cats! I typically let my own dogs out about 4-5 times a day, and they each have their own feeding schedule that I attend to as needed. I am very flexible right now, and would also be available to do fluids, injections, and other specific medical and behavioral needs (e.g., extra walks, extra play time, etc.). I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs, and two sweet cats, to keep your furbaby company. I am comfortable crating dogs and have an extra crate for a small-medium dog. One of my dogs is a senior dog with special needs, so I am perfectly comfortable housing and caring for dogs who have their own special needs. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I am very used to dealing with seizures and the safety precautions that go along with them. These dogs have also never met a stranger, and our home is an overall very welcoming environment to all creatures (I even have a pet spider!).

I then gained clients and have been pet sitting from my home and others ever since. I have always dreamed of opening my own dog boarding and then remember I won't even take my own dog to be boarded! That is why I do what I do now, to nurture to love and to calm your pets nerves. I understand that it can be sometimes even more nerve racking for the owner then the pet... I am that owner! My husband Alex and I live in Oakland, Tn with a gorgeous fenced in yard as pictured. I work from home and usually never leave the house unless I go to Walmart up the street. We do not have any children and do not plan on it anytime soon! We are totally content with fur babies for now! A typical day at our home for your pet would include waking up in our bed, breakfast, mornings outside pending on weather (I have an outdoor desk), playing with millions of toys we can't seem to stop buying and of course when Alex comes home a walk around the neighborhood. We can't wait to meet you and your sweet fur baby! Dogs and cats are my whole life I care for them just as children. I love exercise and getting outside so pet care has come as a joy to me not just a chore. Dog walking, bathing, playing, co sleeping, cooking for pets if needed, taking them to groomers ect..
