About: I have previous experience in dog, cat, and house sitting. I’ve had several pets throughout my life and all have lived long healthy lives in my care. I currently volunteer with House of Mews on a weekly basis. I have knowledge and experience in caregiving, bathing, and administering medicine. I follow directions well and will give your furry friend the best care possible. Currently working my own hours, so I am flexible and free to visit whenever you need me. If you have any special requests, just let me know and we can work out pricing. My home is unfortunately unavailable for boarding. But I’m comfortable taking care of pets in all types of environments and don’t mind traveling with them in my car if you’d like me to enrich their day at a dog park or on a nature trail.

About: I go above and beyond for every one of my pet owners to make sure their babies are safe, well taken care of, and spoiled!! I have experience with all breeds, of all sizes and ages as well. I do everything I can to make sure your pets are happy and healthy. I also buy treats and toys (specific to your pups needs/wants). I'm currently working full time, from 8:30-3:30. So I will be with your babies in the morning from 6:30 AM to the time I go to work, come back around 3:30-4 PM, stay for a few hours, and then make one more night stop. Or, I just stay if im staying at my pet owners house. I dont do boarding but I am able to bring your babies to my house if need be whike i watch them. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats (2 of which are kittens) that would love to play with them and I have kennels if necessary as well. When at my pet owners house, I like spend quality time with all of the babies, make sure everyone is fed and taken care of and play until all that energy is out!

About: I have loved animals since I was a young child. I love caring for dogs and also the flexibility to travel, so I do not have a pup of my own. I started dog sitting in high school and college while on breaks from school and it brings me so much joy to care for everyone's pups. I work full-time in a physical therapy clinic, so I am typically able to run home during my lunch break if dogs are in need of a restroom break. I am always excited to spend time with animals in any way possible! Sometimes this looks like stopping at someone's house on the way home from work if they need walked, staying in their home, or their dog(s) staying with me. I do not have any pets of my own, so if your dog does not get along well with other dogs they will be comfortable in my home. I have a roommate who also loves dogs but does not have any pets. If your dog(s) love others, we can enjoy walks and dog parks and play dates with others! I am very careful when entering and residing in others homes, and try to make sure the environment is the same or cleaner than I left it.

“Mikayla was very professional and able to watch the animals last minute. I’m not sure if the expectations were unclear, but she arrived late for the house sitting and then the only updates I received were a few blurry pictures for the weekend of my 2 dogs and cat. When I asked how they were doing she said they were doing good…as a pet sitter myself and the fact that I emphasized that I wanted updates, I hoped that she would have told me when my dog didn’t eat and updates on everyone. Fix that and I’d give her 5 stars!”

About: I am a biology major at the University of Memphis studying to one day become a veterinarian. I have had a love for animals for as long as I can remember, and I have personally owned three dogs and four cats. I have worked at my high school's veterinary clinic as well as volunteered at animal shelters and taken care of family friends' pets. About: From my experience in shelter care and veterinary medicine, I am very comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. I have dealt with strays and owned pets from every imaginable background, and I believe every animal is worthy of patience, respect, and affection. I’m currently unemployed so I have a very open schedule for watching your dogs and cats! I typically let my own dogs out about 4-5 times a day, and they each have their own feeding schedule that I attend to as needed. I am very flexible right now, and would also be available to do fluids, injections, and other specific medical and behavioral needs (e.g., extra walks, extra play time, etc.). I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs, and two sweet cats, to keep your furbaby company. I am comfortable crating dogs and have an extra crate for a small-medium dog. One of my dogs is a senior dog with special needs, so I am perfectly comfortable housing and caring for dogs who have their own special needs. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I am very used to dealing with seizures and the safety precautions that go along with them.
