“We had Dana come stay at our house and babysit our cat, Bella, for 5 days while we took a work-cation. I really like Dana, and we will definitely request her again. Here are a few reason why: 1) Our AC broke a few days before we were to leave but that did not bother Dana, she took it all in stride (thankfully, we did end up getting it fixed before we left). 2) Bella is not an easy cat to feed. She's a picky eater and can be somewhat of a pain when it comes to finishing her food. Dana was willing to work with Bella's "bad eating habits," which can honestly be a pain in the butt! 3) Bella knows how to do tricks so Dana took pictures of her tricks and sent them to me. This made me feel good, and let me know Bella likes Dana (Bella is skeptical of strangers). 4) We have bird feeders, bird baths, and even a bee bath that she kept full. 5) She watered our outdoor potted flowers/plants and they looked great when we came home. 6) Dana got our mail. 7) Dana left the house neat and tidy.”

I am semi-retired and all of the work I do can be done remotely. When I'm with your pet at home I'm there! My sweet 90-year old mom takes care of my senior little Herbie the Love Pup while I'm with other critters. I follow all pet parent routine and rules. I always use client provided leashes and harnesses. I have good leash training skills as well. I follow timely feeding and treating schedules as defined by the pet parents. About: I’ve owned different breeds of dogs from pit bulls to chihuahuas. Growing up I was the dog sitter for everyone around. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. I am between jobs rn so for the next couple weeks I am completely free any time of day any day for whatever needs my pets may need. My yard is not fenced in so outside time at my house will consist of being walked on a leash for as long as the dogs may need. But otherwise they will be inside.

I then gained clients and have been pet sitting from my home and others ever since. I have always dreamed of opening my own dog boarding and then remember I won't even take my own dog to be boarded! A typical day at our home for your pet would include waking up in our bed, breakfast, mornings outside pending on weather (I have an outdoor desk), playing with millions of toys we can't seem to stop buying and of course when Alex comes home a walk around the neighborhood. We can't wait to meet you and your sweet fur baby! Dogs and cats are my whole life I care for them just as children. I love exercise and getting outside so pet care has come as a joy to me not just a chore. Dog walking, bathing, playing, co sleeping, cooking for pets if needed, taking them to groomers ect.. About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. I currently work full time with dogs on a daily basis, but love to fit in extra care when I can. I am often available for house visits, overnight visits, and more! Ideally for overnight visits, the pup/pet would be okay for 8 hours at a time due to work, but always willing to be flexible or work around as best I can.
