About: I am a passionate dog lover and dedicated pet caregiver. I'm currently in my third year at Liberty University, and animals, especially dogs, have always held a special place in my heart. I've had my own dog for over 14 years, and caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
