About: For as long as I can remember, dogs have been one of the greatest joys in my life. I have been an avid dog lover my entire life and have been fortunate to raise and adopt several wonderful dogs throughout my journey. Every dog I’ve had has taught me something special, and I truly believe our pets are cherished members of the family. My life has taken me from the beautiful Pacific Northwest to spending 20 years in the California desert, and now I’m excited to call the Toms River, New Jersey area home. One of my favorite things about living here is enjoying the incredible wildlife and beautiful scenery on long walks. I currently share my home with two senior rescue dogs who absolutely love their daily walks. Caring for senior dogs has given me experience with patience, gentle handling, and understanding that every dog has unique needs, routines, and personalities. Whether your pet needs a dependable sitter while you’re away, plenty of cuddles and companionship, or an enjoyable walk filled with fresh air and new sights, I’ll care for them with the same love, attention, and respect that I give my own dogs. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy—and to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away. I work remotely and can tailor my schedule around other commitments easily. It is not a problem for me to leave my work for a few hours to tend to a pets needs. About: I had a dog for 5 years and now have time to care for others' dogs so you can live your life knowing your dog is well cared for and in a happy home! I work from home so I have time to give your pup all of the attention he/she needs. I do this with doggy day care and boarding. I have plenty of room for a dog to wander in my house. I have a dog run in my backyard and I am getting a fence in June. My street is safe for walks (sidewalks) and there is a dog park nearby to let your pup run and play fetch! Of course, as long as you are comfortable with that.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
