About: When it comes to taking care of your pet, my aim is to provide them the same love and care they would receive from you. I have extensive pet care experience, caring for over 25 pets repeatedly over the past 10 years. My love for animals led me to pet sit and dog walk for close friends and family, and now I want to expand that care to the RDU area! Working part time, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to work within you and your pets needs. I am currently applying to medical school as well so most of my responsibilities can be taken care of virtually, allowing me to maximize my time with your pet. In your home, I skillfully adapt to you and your pets environment. Without the stress of taking your pet to a new environment, I respectfully provide care that fits you and your pets needs!
“Sherry and her husband were fantastic. They cared for our puppy Maxwell for a week while we were out of town. They addressed all of his needs including medication and diet modifications. As he was recovering from a recent illness. In addition to carrying for Maxwell, they kept our home tidy and were flexible when our flight was canceled and we returned home a day late. Will definitely consider having them care for Maxwell in the future.”

“Thank you, Kim for going above and beyond for Sadie! I booked Kim for a week over Christmas to take care of my 15yo dog Sadie. Kim sent detailed photo and text updates throughout the stay. The first night, Sadie was unable to get up the stairs, so Kim slept on the couch to keep her company. Amazing!!!! I couldn’t be more grateful for Kim and will 100% be booking again!!”

About: I’ve had dogs most of my life and truly love being around them. From playful puppies to senior dogs, I’m comfortable with all ages and personalities. I understand how important it is to keep pets safe, happy, and on their routine, and I treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just extra belly rubs, your pup will be in caring and capable hands! 🐾 I currently have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to provide consistent drop-ins, walks, and reliable overnight house sitting. I’m available most days of the week and happy to accommodate your pet’s routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. During drop-ins and walks, I make sure your dog is securely leashed, avoid unsafe situations, and stay aware of our surroundings at all times. I follow your instructions closely — whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, preferred walking routes, or special care needs. For house sitting, I respect your home as if it were my own. I keep doors locked, maintain your pet’s normal routine, and provide a calm, stress-free environment while you’re away. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and connected. Building trust with both pets and owners is very important to me. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, energy level, and comfort zones to ensure they feel safe, happy, and cared for every visit. 🐾

About: I've taken care of pets since middle school. I've taken care of lizards, fish, turtles, dogs, cats, and birds. I've always been paid for my hard work and love towards making sure everything is clean within the home and that the pets are on their best behavior. I don't necessarily have a job, so I'll be able to put a lot of effort into watching your pets! I'm just looking to meet new fur babies around the area and make sure that they're taken care of when their loving families are gone! (Along with making some cash lol) I'm able to go to other people's houses to care for pets! I do not have the room to do so in my own home as I already have a lot of pets. I love animals a lot and care for them as though they're my own children.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and small rodents. I grew up with an Australian Shepherd, whom I cared for through his senior years, and a Miniature Schnauzer/Jack Russell mix, whom I raised from a puppy. I also previously had a hedgehog named Harold for 8 years, and currently have a cat named Penelope (Nellie), who I absolutely adore and am so obsessed with. I am comfortable around even the most “difficult” pets and would love to care for your pets like my own! I have the most availability on evenings and weekends, and am typically available for major holidays as well. I know you can’t always predict when you will need pet care so I try to be available with short notice. I know the importance of a safe environment and will ensure that your pet’s space works best for his/her needs as well as your own.
“Jo was fantastic she kept us updated throughout her stay at our house and we came home to a happy dog and happy home. She took great care of out dog "Cashew" and gave him all the attention any dog could need and the fun pictures she sent kept us feeling good during our trip. I highly recommend using Jo and will be using her services again in the future.”

About: Have grown up with pups-German Shepherds, Great Dane and Bichon! Not all at once thou! Would love to help you take care of your pup! I have a part time job but it’s fairly flexible! What are your needs? I help friends and family out when they need pet care-now that I am semi-retired-thinking it can help pay some bills! I have an elevator building so walking your pup is no issue! I also don’t mind enjoying my coffee at your house-while I keep on eye on your furry friend!
About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and genuinely love caring for them. I grew up in a homeschooled household with a dog and three cats, so being hands-on with pet care was just part of everyday life. As a kid, I was known around my neighborhood for walking dogs, pet sitting, and helping out wherever I could—even mowing lawns for neighbors—so responsibility and reliability were instilled in me early on. I also spent time working on an alpaca farm, which gave me experience caring for animals with different needs and personalities. In my adult life, I regularly help care for my sister’s three dogs, and since she’s a veterinarian, I’ve learned a lot about animal behavior, health, and proper care through her. I’m also very involved with my two nephews, so patience and attentiveness come naturally to me. One of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had was caring for our family dog, Toby, in his later years. As the youngest, it became my responsibility to make sure he was comfortable, safe, and well cared for as he aged. He lived to be 16, and that experience taught me a lot about compassion, consistency, and the importance of attentive care. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I already structure my days around being consistent, active, and attentive. I’m used to building my schedule around responsibilities, so walks, feeding times, and check-ins feel like a natural part of my day rather than something extra. On a weekly basis, I regularly help care for my sister’s dogs, so I’m already in the rhythm of walking, feeding, and spending quality time with pets. I also keep a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they need without rushing. Overall, I enjoy having pet care as part of my routine—it keeps me active, present, and doing something I genuinely enjoy. I focus on keeping pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I follow all care instructions carefully—feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific preferences—so your pet feels safe and stress-free in their own environment. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship, not just the basics. If I’m caring for a pet in my home, I provide a clean, calm, and safe environment where they can relax. I keep a consistent schedule for feeding, walks, and bathroom breaks, and I’m always attentive to their behavior and needs. I make sure they feel included and comfortable, whether that means active play or just relaxing nearby. No matter the setting, my priority is making sure each pet feels secure, cared for, and happy while you’re away.
About: Growing up at home I had cats and a dog. I can't imagine a home without Pets. 7 years ago my family adopted our dogs Max and Lola. I have many years experience caring for cats and dogs and would be honored to care and love for yours. I'm currently between jobs and have plenty of time to watch and care for pets. My schedule is very flexible and open weekdays amnd weekends. Based on your preference we can agree to a personalized schedule. Relax at home, walk on the beach, playing at the dog park or in your back yard.
About: Did you know walking, caring for and loving on a pet can spark creativity? I am a writer with a lifetime of pet ownership who would be honored to take care of your fur babies (and find some inspiration in the process!). I have just returned to the corporate world (it’s a fully remote role) from a traveling sabbatical writing several passion projects. My schedule is still quite flexible and my ability to travel to you quite easy. I understand maintaining your pet’s routine while you’re away is essential to minimizing their anxiety (and yours!). I have a large SUV if your dogs require transportation (like a trip to a favorite dog park or have a regularly scheduled play date or grooming appointment).
“Brooklyn was an absolute Rock Star. We have 2 medium dogs and 3 cats. We had to go out of town for a few days to our old home town 9.5 hrs away, up North. Bringing the pups really wasn't on the agenda. We have never had our dogs boarded before so we needed an alternative. Rover was the best choice by far for finding someone to care for our fur babies so that we could visit our family up North. Brooklyn stayed in our home and cared for our pet. She was wonderful, will be hiring her in the near future - our pets LOVED her.”
About: Hi! I'm Kaitlyn, and I've spent the past 10 years caring for pets of all ages-from playful puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats who need a little extra patience and gentle attention. I have two dogs myself a 3-year-old Aussiedoodle named Maxine and an 1-year-old Goldendoodle named Meeko so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. What sets me apart is my reliability, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals-I treat every pet as if they were my own. I'm comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, medication reminders, and, of course, giving plenty of affection. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while their family is away. I'd love to schedule a meet and greet to see if I'm the right fit for your furry friend! - Kaitlyn Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m available Monday through Friday before 8 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m., and I’m home full-time on weekends, which allows me to provide consistent, dependable care. In a client’s home, I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—whether that means sticking to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or cuddle time—so they feel safe and comfortable in their own environment. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care while keeping their space clean and secure. When caring for pets in my own home, I provide a welcoming, safe environment where they’ll enjoy lots of love, playtime, and supervision. I treat every pet like family, ensuring they feel at home and well cared for. I have a partially fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love to play and make new friends!
About: Before I had kids I use to work at a dog hotel/daycare for a year. I took care of various types and sizes of dogs and did everything from administering medicine to just letting them out to go potty etc. I love dogs and have grown up with them my whole life. I can check on your pets almost any time with notice and unless they’re at school (hybrid homeschool) my kids would have to come with. I’m a full time solo mom to 3 kids. Over night stays will be best at my house. I have a 13 year old dog and a pup who is up to date on vaccines. I know how stressful it can be when you need someone to take care of your pets and I want to help ease your worries. I can manage whatever specific needs you have for your pet. I will spend time with them and give them the same love and care I give to my own dogs.
“Judith was absolutely WONDERFUL. It was our first time hiring a house/per sitter, but she completely put us at ease from the start. She sent updates and pictures, was very responsive, took amazing care of our dog, cat and our home. She was a pleasure to work with from the meet and greet to our coming home. We're so pleased and couldn't recommend her more!”

“Elizabeth couldn’t have done a better job. She sent me photos daily and took great care of our cat and our home. If Elizabeth is available book her!! I can’t say enough good things!”
