“Christina saved my life! 3 days before Open Heart Surgery, I was without a sitter for my Poodle, Dusty. PANIC set in ,along with plenty of tears. I searched the internet and found Rover and Christina. I was nervous. Will he be ok. Have fun. Be loved. I didn't want him with a lot of other dogs....just in case. Christina called and within 5 minutes she had my nerves vanished and I was sold. We met and she is the sweetest, kind, and loving lady. Dusty loved her and her dog from the start. Off they went to have fun and I could get my surgery. Received pictures almost daily and when I got him back my dog was a happy, vibrant dog. He had lots of fun. Went on walks. Having Sylvie to rely on during my move was integral in giving Frankie a safe place to go and to reduce stress of the move. You are a gem, and we will miss you so much!
First, Beth’s response rate is 100%. She’s just on it regarding any question you may have. I also appreciated that she immediately invited us over for a meet and greet as this was our first time with her. Her house was neat and clean and welcoming to my pup and me. My little guy is a senior and needs some medication, and Beth was so kind and willing to see to his needs. We will be booking with her again. Thx Beth!
Jessica was fantastic! She watched our pup (who has some more complicated health needs) for over a week. She was very responsive and provided pictures / updates with how he was doing during his stay. We would absolutely recommend Jessica to others looking to have their pups well-taken care of. We will absolutely be requesting her services in the future!
I’m so glad we found Bryant! The last Rover we booked was way more expensive, awkward, and we came home to a dog that had clearly not been given his meds. I got good vibes from Bryant immediately and knew Bernie was in good hands. He had a blast with the other dogs and came home EXHAUSTED from all the playing. Next time we go out of town, we are calling Bryant!
Barbara was the absolute best! You can tell she really understands dogs—not just watching them, but getting them. She’s kind, easy to work with, and so accommodating. My flight was delayed and she kept my sweet girl without a second thought. That meant everything to me. I highly, highly recommend her—she’s a gem!
Chris was a great sitter for our 16-pound dachshund and 2 indoor cats. He has a fenced yard where our dog could to do her business and he took her for 2 walks a day. The rest of the time she enjoyed chilling on the dog bed next to his desk while he worked. The cats roamed around his place and looked out the windows. Chris sent twice daily updates and photos. He took special care that our cat who tends to try to escape didn’t get out. We will definently use him again.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They watched my dog Ellie for a full week while I was out of state, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in great hands. They were wonderful with communication—sending regular updates, photos, and videos—which meant so much to me.
