“She did an excellent job caring for my Peanutt while I was away. Kept me updated daily, followed care instructions and treated my dog like family. Couldn't have picked a better sitter. Thanks again!”

“I’m able to enjoy my vacations knowing my Furs are in good hands. Carrie and her family treat my Jax and Honey as if they’re their own, and I appreciate that so much! ❤️”

“Stephanie was great! I have 2 German Shorthaired pointers, one is high energy and one is super cuddly. They both had a great time! Stephanie sent daily updates and made me feel super comfortable with her watching my babies while away.”

“Carolyn was amazing with our dog Summer. She was always available and great at communicating. She went above and beyond in caring for my dog, I will definitely be booking with her again. I absolutely recommend Carolyn, she will take care of you pets like her own.”

“Thee best dog care givers ever! Our Oso loves his stays with Melissa and Richard. Detailed updates and photos keep me from missing him while knowing he’s in great hands. Thank you guys again!”

“Adam was really good, we met before the appointment so that we can see the environment and also get some time for my pet to get used. He is very friendly, kept me update with what is going on and sent pictures every now and then. I would like to recommend him and I will be going back to him for my next trip. Thank you Adam.”

“As a first time cat owner, we (my husband and I) were very unsettled about leaving her with a complete stranger. We needn't have worried. Kimberly was truly the "cat whisperer" for both my cat and us. Kimberly sent pictures communicated with us every day. We really can't thank her enough. She even trimmed Lollipop's nails!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Savannah! She kept us updated throughout our entire vacation with sweet photos and regular check-ins about Cocoa. Knowing Cocoa was in such great hands made our trip completely stress-free. Thank you, Savannah!”

“Another happy visit with Leticia & Denzel. I love and appreciated all the play time my 2 pups get with other doggies. Leticia & Denzel are super thoughtful and even sent me away with a photo collage of the doggies that will promptly be framed. Thank you to them both for being so kind to Colby and Cheddar and flexible with my crazy schedule. See you again real soon!!”

“We were so nervous using Rover for the first time but oh my goodness we love Vincent and his wife so much! We got videos and pictures everyday! Our dog played in the mud and they gave her a bath! We will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you so much!”

“Nina goes above and beyond. We boarded our Great Dane pup with her for two weeks over the holidays and couldn't be more pleased with her level of care and attention. She treated our Dolly like one of her own pups, carefully introducing her to her pack - even letting her co-habit with her own dogs (thank you her senior Dane Indica for being such an excellent mentor!) We felt so guilty leaving Dolly, especially right after her stomach surgery (spay & gastro). But Nina sent us multiple daily texts and video messages that really helped to ease our concerns. This was her first boarding experience, after all! The whole time we never doubted whether she was being well cared for and safe. Nina clearly loves what she does and is a complete dog whisperer. She's well worth the drive! We won't hesitate to leave Dolly with Nina and her amazing dog family in the future. This was an incredible experience for our dog at an age when she is still learning. It was hard to leave her but in the long run, this experience really helped to establish the confidence and trust you need when you have to travel or you simply cannot take your dog with. Any dog owner with a giant breed knows what a challenge it can be to not only find hands-on boarding (and cage-free), but to handle the separation anxiety for your dog and you! Overall, Nina offers a very clean, open concept (indoor/outdoor) space, tailored to the comfort of the dogs with large, fenced play areas. She provides blankets (even sweaters), soft places to chill, treats, healthy food toppings, kisses, walks, cuddles, a kind voice and gentle hand. Many large boarding facilities would charge you extra for these "add-ons", such as cuddles and walks. Thank you Nina, and Happy New Year!!!”

“I'll definitely bring our dog back in the future. Eliza and Gio are very experienced and attentive. They also have 2 bigger dogs that atually helped to look after my daughter's morkie. Great experience overall!”

“Malissa did an amazing job with my doberman puppy! She came back home so happy and during her stay i received multiple videos and pictures of my girl which helped me feel more at ease leaving her behind for the weekend! We definitely will be asking malissa to watch her for any future trips! :)”

“Rachel was absolutely amazing with my two pugs, Roxy and Kobe! This was my first time leaving them with a dog sitter, so I was naturally a little nervous, but she made the entire experience completely stress-free. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. She always responded quickly to my messages, kept me updated on how my dogs were doing, and sent me plenty of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Anytime I had a question, she answered right away and made sure I knew how Roxy and Kobe were doing. Before their stay, we met in person, and I also got to meet her adorable Golden Retriever, Chubbs. He is such a sweet and friendly dog, and Roxy and Kobe got along so well with him. It was comforting to know they were in such a welcoming environment. Rachel is kind, caring, professional, and truly loves the dogs she watches. I felt completely comfortable leaving Roxy and Kobe with her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and attentive dog sitter. Thank you, Rachel, for taking such wonderful care of Roxy and Kobe!”

“I highly recommend Dee Dee and her loving family to take special care of your dog. They truly treated my dog Cooper like one of their family. My senior age dog has some separation anxiety issues and is noise sensitive, and the family was patient and kind to him as he settled in to the new environment. Cooper got lots of ball throws from the kids in the back yard and lots of snuggles at night. I got lots of pictures and updates throughout his stay. I got to relax on my vacation knowing my dog was living his “Other” Best Life! This is family that wants to do Rover because they just love dogs and they want to be blessed by having a dog in their home. I could just feel the love and care that this family showered my precious dog with.”

“This mother and son duo is amazingly caring! They really took care of our foster pup and made him feel right at home. Sending me pictures of their walks and overall time together was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend! 10/10”

“Stacey was so awesome! She was quick to respond, sent pictures and videos and provided the perfect home for our Milo! I HIGHLY recommend Stacey and will be using her again in the future!”

“Bianca was so sweet and patient with Remy! This was Remys first time over at Bianca’s and she loved it ❤️I received updates and videos and could see Remy was having a great time. Thank you Bianca!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
