“Annie is terrific! We had never used doggie day care before, and we really wanted to spend a day out, but did not feel comfortable leaving our 5 month old puppy alone for a day. So we decided to give Rover a try. As soon as we got to Annie’s house, she took time to make sure that our puppy Fiona was comfortable. She talked to her and gave her lots of cuddles. We could tell right away that Annie was an “animal person.” Annie treated our puppy as one of her own, and Fiona had a great time playing with the other dogs in the house. She texted me with frequent updates and photos, and always responded to my texts within a few minutes. We picked up a very happy but exhausted puppy at the end of the day. We will definitely be using Rover and Annie again soon!”

“Snickers had a great stay. I had a great, worry free couple of days while she was with Frank and Saleha and family. I enjoyed receiving videos and pictures of Snickers while I was away. “Spectacular house on the inside and the backyard! They have a room for the dogs to sleep in and stay in while they are eating dinner. Our dog went on a walk every night which helped him get exercise and out of the house. We were sent many pictures throughput the day. They treated our dog as if he was their own!!! Definitely recommend!!!!!!!”

“Malissa was amazing! This is my first time utilizing Rover, and I was in a situation where I needed to board my furry baby for Thanksgiving. I checked Malissa's reviews and I requested her. She immediately responded and agreed to board my puppy. My Maltipoo Chloe, has a little attitude and she chooses who she likes, so I was concerned that Chloe was going to growl at Malissa, but Malissa gave her her space and let her come to her, and eventually, Chloe loved Malissa in just one day. I highly recommend Malissa, she was on time, to pick up and drop off my puppy, and she did an amazing job communicating with me about how was it going. “Wow! Keiona is really amazing. We were looking for someone to look after or 14 year old Puchon because of a last minute trip we had to take. Searching through various websites we could not find someone with what we thought had the " right stuff"... meaning, a person that was genuinely caring (not a pretender) and had our little ones well-being as a front and center priority. After reviewing so many profiles on the various sites, we ended up scrolling through the Rover site and came across Keiona... many texts later, and in the interest of keeping this short ( because we chatted at length) ... we decided she was the one! Having been a pet professional all my life, having personally cared for thousands of animals, I know what I need when it comes to choosing the "right" caregiver... I'm not an easy sell. Roll on 4 days later... we returned from our trip so absolutely delighted. Keiona had texted us several times each day, sent us photos, gave us updates and so much more, we realky felt like our puppers was in a "home away from home." She is an older dog and has some specialized care instructions and for feeding, exercise and post injury care. Keiona listened, and did absolutely everything we asked for... even drove her to the dog park in her own car, for "special" one-on-one trips... and had lots of cuddle times on the couch too!! Outstanding service, amazing contentious care, we could not have asked for anything more. Keiona spoiled our little one. From minute one of meetlng Keiona we knew we had made the right choice. It's such a HUGE decision to let someone you do not know (or puppers doesn't know) care for your dog but Keiona was so professional and communicative from the beginning, we knew we made the best choice. Highly recommended, a true pet lover and all around good person. If there was 11 out of 10, she'd get 11 PLUS! Our Dog came back healthy, happy and obviously cared for. Awesome job Keiona, We'll be back for sure!”
