About: I grew up in a home that fostered multiple dogs, and spent my college years volunteering at no kill animal shelters, so caring for them has always been second nature. With 18 years of experience, I’ve looked after dogs of all sizes and ages, from playful puppies to senior sweethearts, some needing medications or extra care. Whether it’s walks, meals, or just being present, I treat every dog like family. I work at a local public school in the Nurses Health Room. During the school year people trust me with their kiddos and in the summer people trust me with their fur babies! I am available Sunday-Saturday (any time) all summer starting June 18! Overnight pet care and house sitting may be arranged via direct message. I care for pets in their own home where they feel safest. I follow all routines, feeding instructions, and medication needs exactly as given. I respect your space, keep things clean, and make sure your pet feels calm, cared for, and never alone. Their safety and comfort is always my priority.

“We’ve worked with Kristina multiple times since moving to the area. We always feel safe leaving our pets with her checking on them and can’t recommend her enough.”

About: * summer is here and I still have a few openings left so book asap! Also... I know it seems too early and sunny to think about the holidays, but I usually book up months in advance so reach out, even if you don't have exact travel plans, but know you'll need pet care. I currently have Labor Day already booked, but mid November - New Years is pretty much open, except one booking in Dec. Check my updated calendar. My dog care experience spans all ages and breeds. I know puppies are more work, but I enjoy working with them on leash and obedience training to maintain good habits while their people are away. I have experience with giving daily medications and have cared for senior dogs, one who needed daily blood sugar testing and insulin shots. I live mobile between pet sitting gigs staying with friends and family from Marysville to Olympia. I started pet sitting for clients when I was house cleaning during the time I was in grad school. Because I was already working in their homes and had biweekly interactions with their pets, it was an easy transition to pet care. It was also during this time that a couple of professors inquired about pet sitting. I was a backup for one of thier regular sitters and the other, I'm still their regular sitter 7+ years later. I care for your pets the same way you would. They like to sleep in the bed with me? Cool. They need extra outside play time or walks to keep their anxiety low because you're gone? Done. I am very intuitive to reading their energy and do everything I can to meet their needs. Do you have some anxiety about being away and want pictures daily? Got it covered. My experience with house cleaning also menas I take care of the spaces I am staying so I am happy to water house plants and take care of gardens if needed.

About: I grew up with hamsters, cats, and two dogs, a Boxer and Doberman. My wife and I currently only have indoor rabbits to include a Continental Giant. My upbringing with multiple different types of animals has given me an appreciation and understanding of the multiple behaviors and personalities and the personalized care and respect that they each deserve. Currently in a Master's program and I have a very flexible/open schedule for you and your pets needs! I generally wake up very early in the morning (around 4AM). I have a fenced in back yard with respectable space with that is gated for outdoor use as needed. For inside the home we have air purifiers and a Roomba that goes daily due to the indoor rabbits and for general cleanliness. Our rabbits are in large-walled open pens (not hutches) and are kept there unless during "free roam" times so there is no worry about your animal attacking a bunny. My wife also grew up with cats and dogs and is versed in their care/well-being too! I generally always have my phone on me and consider myself very attentive/communicative to responding very quickly to texts for your peace of mind and to give updates/pictures/whatever else you may want or need as well. Our rabbits are extremely docile and friendly. They are generally skittish around new people (or animals) but generally warm up quickly!

About: I've been a pet lover since I was a kid. I started with frogs, lizards and snakes, and graduated to cats and dogs. Until I was able to have dogs of my own, I spent over 10 years pet-sitting for friends and family, volunteering in animal shelters, and have even worked in 2 seperate doggy daycares. My MO is always long walks and lots of attention. I have 2 dogs of my own, a cumulative 17 years of pet raising experience. I have experience caring for sick pets and administering medication both orally and subcutaneously. I've had my pups since they were young and would consider them very well trained. If you're looking to work on certain behaviors, I can absolutely work on that during their stay. I have a fenced yard, a safe neighborhood for long walks, and for longer stays, expect your dog to enjoy a nice hike! I mostly work from home, so your dog(s) would never be alone and would have access to my fully fenced backyard whenever they want. During the week, I can do a long walk during my lunch break, and another after work. Weekends I tend to go hiking, so if your pup enjoys nature, they will for sure have a great time. My yard is fully fenced, and I have 2 friendly dogs. Safety is paramount, so dogs would be supervised while in the yard together. If your dog requires a crate, I have both a plastic and soft sided kennel for indoors.

About: I have a deep well of patience, understanding and affection for your pet. When I am interacting with a dog or cat, they recieve my sole and loving attention. I can't wait to meet yours! I am a retired teacher so I have a lot of management skills and am supremely responsible. I am a retired teacher so I have a ton of time. I am moving from managing teen agers to having loving interactions with pets. I am a single woman in my 50's with no pets of my own, so I am very available to care for your animals. Since I have been back in the USA after teaching overseas for years, I have taken care of and house sat for many people who were pleased with my services. I would love to get to know your animals and make them feel safe and secure while you are gone!

About: Hi I’m Erica! I have 20+ years of caring for my own dogs as well as friends and relatives pets. Some who have needed constant care with medication and comfort for anxieties. I’ve had dogs of all ages and sizes and can accommodate any of their specific needs. My Corgi (Weasley) and Aussie (Sam) are both friendly. Weasley is very playful and loves making new friends while Sam can be indifferent to other dogs. They both love having guests and are good at sharing their toys, treats, and our affection. Speaking of affection, your dog will be treated as our own and will be given equal amounts of playtime, pets, kisses, and cuddles. I want your dog to feel safe and happy just as much as I want you to feel safe and happy leaving your loved one with me.

“Matthew was courteous and quick with communication for our first meet & greet + walk. It is very clear that he has worked a lot with dogs and understands their unique personalities. Thank you!”
