We had arranged for her to be boarded overnight but because of the monsoon like conditions in that area we cut our trip short so only needed Ruby to be looked after for 3 hours. I know Ruby was very well cared for during those 3 hours. James was very accommodating even meeting with us a couple days prior so it wasn't the shell shock for Ruby it could've been.”

About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life. I have a genuine love for being near animals and taking care of them because they brighten my day. I am currently in college I want to try to make pet sitting a part time job so I can save up for my future. The apartment comples I live in has a dog park where a lot of dogs go and have fun, if there is any type of schedule by the owner/owners I would follow it. I usually try to relax on my free time, reading books and enjoying art, my hobbies give me time to take care of and play with the animals that I care for. The doors are locked unless I or someone with a key unlocks them, i make sure that the dogs have a leash on before I open the door and that there are no cats near the door to run out.

About: I've been a pet lover since I was a kid. I started with frogs, lizards and snakes, and graduated to cats and dogs. Until I was able to have dogs of my own, I spent over 10 years pet-sitting for friends and family, volunteering in animal shelters, and have even worked in 2 seperate doggy daycares. My MO is always long walks and lots of attention. I have 2 dogs of my own, a cumulative 17 years of pet raising experience. I have experience caring for sick pets and administering medication both orally and subcutaneously. I've had my pups since they were young and would consider them very well trained. If you're looking to work on certain behaviors, I can absolutely work on that during their stay. I have a fenced yard, a safe neighborhood for long walks, and for longer stays, expect your dog to enjoy a nice hike! I mostly work from home, so for daycare your dog(s) would never be alone and would have access to my fully fenced backyard whenever they want. During the week, I can do a long walk during my lunch break, and another after work. Weekends I tend to go hiking, so if your pup enjoys nature, they will for sure have a great time. Due to my variable work schedule, I cannot accommodate recurring appointments. My yard is fully fenced, and I have 2 friendly dogs. Safety is paramount, so dogs would be supervised while in the yard together. If your dog requires a crate, I have both a plastic and soft sided kennel for indoors.

She is great with updating me throughout honey’s stay during the evening while I am at work, and will send me pictures. She has a big yard for dogs to run and play, and its fenced and gated. Jamie is so kind, I give her 5 stars, and I 100% recommend her to watch over your fur babies.”

“Jennifer and her family had such a welcoming space for our golden retriever Toast! There was a lot of communication and pictures sent, not to mention her dogs were great companions for ours. Definitely plan to have Toast stay with Jennifer again if we’re ever back in the area!”
“James and his wife were wonderful. Ruby can be quite difficult. She has separation anxiety and whined for a full hour when we left. They loved her anyways. We had arranged for her to be boarded overnight but because of the monsoon like conditions in that area we cut our trip short so only needed Ruby to be looked after for 3 hours. I know Ruby was very well cared for during those 3 hours. James was very accommodating even meeting with us a couple days prior so it wasn't the shell shock for Ruby it could've been.”
“Our two pups just completed their first stay with Deidre and we couldn’t be happier on the care they received and the communication she had with us. We hope that she will have the availability to care from them in the near future but anticipate that she will grow in popularity due to her 1st class service!”
“We’ve never boarded our two little dogs before and we were terribly worried about trusting them with someone or that they would be okay. Oh man, we had nothing to worry about. I think they want to go back! Darby made us feel assured with pictures and reports of our babies not missing us one bit. They had an adventure and were more entertained at her place than at home. They lounged on her couch and slept with her (just like at home). They watched chickens and horses (more interesting than our house). I felt 110% assured they were safe and well cared for. It was wonderful to have no worries. Plus…she picked them up and delivered them back to us. Perfect experience. ❤️”
“Highly recommend. They have a beautiful home with a nice, spacious backyard. Marianne and Josh are kind and have a lot of experience with dogs. With two sweet dogs of their own, my dog had built in companions while I was away. They are warm, welcoming, and sent lots of cute/funny pics & updates. Your dogs will be loved open arms. So grateful my dog could spend the holiday with such a thoughtful, warm, and fun family! Thank you so much for loving Chai!”
