“This was our first away trip and Letty was a blessing. She was at the house as she described during our first meeting and kept our pups and cat on routine. As we were away, Letty sent pictures of everyone and gave us feedback, describing her interactions with everyone. To a t- she pointed out their personality traits which gave us a sense of warmth, knowing that she took time to get to know everyone. Letty is observant and takes her position seriously. She is kind and even put our trash can in when we did not ask.”

“We recently had the pleasure of having Sam watch our two dogs for nearly an entire week, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention he provided. Sam went above and beyond, even rearranging his work schedule to make sure our dogs were well looked after. He maintained their regimented routine, preparing their unique meals twice a day and taking them out for potty breaks and exercise an additional 3-4 times per day. His conscientiousness really showed in everything he did. Sam stayed overnight in our home, ensuring our dogs felt safe, secure, and comfortable in our absence. His communication was excellent—he sent us multiple photo updates throughout each day, which gave us such peace of mind. It was clear from the photos (and when we returned!) that our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for. Honestly, I don’t think they even realized we were gone! Sam is incredible with animals, and it’s obvious he has a natural connection with dogs. He’s also friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. Knowing he was there allowed us to enjoy a much-needed vacation without any worry. We’re already planning to book Sam again for our next trip! She has no hesitation to contact us with questions, follows instructions to a T, and alerts us if anything is off. She is also an amazing house sitter and makes sure things are clean, orderly and that the pets didn’t make too much of a mess. If she can’t watch my pets, we simply don’t go. I would pay an arm and a leg for Samantha’s services just to feel comfortable while I’m away. I’ve had sitters in the past that have neglected my animals and ghosted my animals for 24+ hours. Never again! Samantha is our one and only!”

About: I have experience with taking care of pets since a young age when my grandparents decided to foster 6 dogs at once!! I personally have always had pets in my life and as an adult, I currently have 4 dogs- 3 senior dogs whom I've raised since puppy and the newest edition is a 3 yr old! They are my fur babies and I hope you let me take care of yours :) I currently work from home - mon - friday. I am available to leave home and tend to your pet as needed. Weekends are open and available to spend as much time with your pets as needed My pets are indoor pets (aka spoiled couch dwellers) and I have a fenced in yard. I take them (4 dogs) on walks when needed or run around with them in the back yard. Safety is always a priority and I have two big windows and sliding door to the back yard so there are always eyes on the dogs when outside.

Gabby clearly did a great job making her feel comfortable - I was surprised to see my scaredy dog doing things like curling up next to her on the bed. Two of our dogs are also on medication. About: Caring for pets has been a rewarding experience in my life. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs and livestock as well. Animals bring me a joy that people cannot. I’ve learned that a happy pet is a well cared for pet. I have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I love walks and playful interactions with dogs, and I make sure every dog feels comfortable around me. I am currently registered as a full time college student, but I do have about half the week available to care for your lovely animals. I do have two of my own furry dogs at home, which I take care of on the daily basis. I am able to provide proper care with exercise as well as handling excited dogs.

“Victoria is really sweet and we will definitely keep her in mind for the next time we need a dog sitter! She had mentioned that we were her 1st customer on rover. What we asked of her (house sit + dog sit for 2 weeks) was a lot to ask of someone for the 1st time being on rover but she took it like a champ! She came over to do a meet and greet and we found out that she’s a preschool teacher too so she is a double weapon for those who has kids! We told her while we are gone our house is yours especially with groceries that were not used since we had been gone for so long. She not only updated up with pictures of the pups and how things were going and when she has guests over (we had told her if it made her feel comfortable she can have a friend, siblings, or significant other over) but she even bought us a value pack of soda since she had some of ours we left behind but she bought our kids spooky nuggets (just because!). She even left a welcome home not on the kids chalkboard that I did not see until later. You are the best Victoria, don’t change!”

About: When my dog looks at me with his big old brown eyes, it melts my heart. I know that I am a caring and responsible animal lover/caretaker. I had a dog with diabetes; injected him with insulin and guided him when he went blind. I've taught my puppies their commands; sit, paw, lay down, etc. My schedule is open to work with dogs on a full time basis depending on the owners need. I am flexible and accommodating to dogs I had 2 dogs; my Yorkie recently passed due to diabetes and complications due to old age including blindness. I currently have a lab/shar-pei mix named Buddy. He is a 75lb dog and very playful and loving.
