About: Hi! If you’re looking for someone to give your fur baby some extra love, time and attention while you’re away, then I’m your person! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, ranging from small to large breeds. I can safely provide medication administration and have experience with senior pets. I have a 9 yr old beagle/basset hound named Penny. She loves the Trinity Trails for exercise and socialization. I’m very mindful when approaching other dogs and always ask the owner if it’s okay to engage or let them know to give us space. And I’d provide that same care for your dog when walking them in your neighborhood. I look forward to taking care of your pet(s). Please message me with any questions you may have. I keep my calendar updated monthly. I’m located about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and currently as far east as Arlington. I work full-time in healthcare, which allows me 4 days off a week. On my off days, I’m available the entire day for drop-in visits and walking services. ** I currently don’t provide boarding in my home or at others.** As an owner of a dog with separation anxiety, it’s really important to me that your dog feels safe and protected. For drop-in visits, I’ll make sure we play some enrichment games, have treats that your provide, give them extra cuddles, take them for a short walk or play time in the backyard, and ensure they get their potty break before leaving them. For walking services, I always bring my own poop bags, and a collapsible bowl with fresh water to ensure your pet is refreshed and comfortable. Depending on your pets size, I’m more than happy to do a meet and greet over the phone or in-person to ensure I can handle their size, especially if they’re a strong puller.

About: Hi! I’m a dependable and detail-oriented pet sitter offering doggy day-care, dog walking, and drop-in visits for both cats and dogs. I have hands-on experience caring for pets through personal ownership and professional doggy daycare work. I understand how important routine, safety, and clear communication are when someone else is caring for your pet. I’ve cared for cats for over two years and have experience with feeding schedules, litter box care, medication directions, and shy or slow-to-warm pets. I also have experience handling dogs of different sizes and energy levels, including leash walking and play visits. I work a separate job three days each week, so I usually have about four days off available for bookings, but those days vary week to week. On my off days, I’m generally available between 8am–8pm for walks and visits, and I can stay home throughout the day when providing doggy daycare. I confirm each booking based on my current schedule and plan my time carefully so pets are never rushed and every visit gets my full attention. For daycare at my apartment, dogs are supervised and kept on a consistent routine with potty breaks, playtime, and rest. My complex has a secure dog park for safe outdoor time. Inside, pets have a calm, clean space and are never left unattended for long periods. My cat stays in a separate closed room during daycare stays so visiting dogs are comfortable and not overstimulated. For drop-ins and walks, I carefully follow your instructions and double-check doors, leashes, and entry points each visit. You’ll receive updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing.

As a teenager I was the go-to pet walker and sitter for the neighborhood and I am quite talented at "convincing" pets to take their meds. We just moved to FW and I plan on working part time substitute teaching while I work on updating my teaching and music therapy credentials. I'll have plenty of time (and probably energy) to come ensure your pets are staying healthy and loved. I want to know that my pets are cared for and loved while I'm away, and I want to provide you with that assurance and peace of mind. I also know how important it is that dogs receive daily exercise, but know only too well that life can get busy, so I'm happy to come and play or walk with your dog!  I do not currently offer overnight stays, but if your pet can go all night without someone present, I'm happy to create a custom schedule of drop-ins based on their needs. I'm also happy to do some household tasks, such as watering plants and washing litter boxes, at an additional cost. If you are looking for someone to love on your pet in your absence, please reach out and let me know how I can help!    *BEFORE BOOKING* ~ I require a meet & greet before accepting a booking and therefore do not accept bookings with less than 3 days' notice, except in certain situations. ~My current service radius is 3 miles (or up to 10 minutes from my house) for multiple drop-ins and 6 miles for dog walking (or 1x day drop-in visits). I'm happy to book outside of my service radius, but please note that these bookings will be subject to $1 per extra mile. ~ If you are booking walks, dog/s must be leash-trained. ~ Up to 3 cats are included in my cat care rate. There is a $5 per cat charge for more than three cats. I currently work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible. When submitting a service request, please send a message and let me know what you need, and I'll let you know whether I'll be able to accommodate. :) I am very conscientious when it comes to a pet's safety.
