When we did the meet and greet with Ernest, he welcomed us into his backyard to sit and chat with him while Kato checked out the place and sniffed around. Chatting with Ernest was like talking to an old friend, he made us feel so comfortable and we left feeling so confident that Kato was going to have the best week with Ernest and his son. Ernest checked in daily and sent us pics and provided updates of how Kato was doing. He even took Kato to the vet when he got sick (was just homesick) from being away from us to make sure all was well, sending updates by the minute along with pics and letting us listen in over the phone to everything the doctor said. While all ended up being okay, Ernest was so professional and responsive in a scary situation and made us feel at ease. He took the absolute best care of Kato and our pup came home so happy. About: I’ve frequently been called “the dog whisperer.” I have over 52 years of pet care experience. Dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, and rats! I currently have a Therapy dog (Buster). Animals are natures way of putting a smile on our faces and a calmness in our hearts. We should offer them the same kind of love in return. ❤️ I work from home and my hours are flexible. I walk my fur baby three miles every day. If you prefer I walk your dog separately I am perfectly happy to do so. But if socialization is one of your goals, I can make it a group outing. I prefer to care for your pets in their own environment. It can be stressful enough that their parents are gone and it adds more stress when we remove them from their forever homes at the same time. At my home we spend much of our daily play time outdoors playing frisbee and swimming. I have a pool and Buster loves to swim. I am a stay-at-home wife so your furry friends will have all my attention. I'm usually cleaning, baking, cooking, gardening, or going on strolls/gym time. My husband is also a HUGE animal lover so your baby/babies will be getting 2x the love when he gets home. Usually at night, it's game time, movie time, or just hanging around with the cats. The cats usually always sleep with us, but if not, they sleep on the couch. I live in a three bedroom house with a big backyard, but one of the rooms is no pet allowed. My husband and I have a shaded patio that is gated with chicken wire so our cat friends can also enjoy the outside. The patio is separated with a gate-door, so if we are hosting a dog they can enjoy at the same time with no problems. The extra room we have allows our guest/s to have their own room with their own window. They are free to walk through the house and make themselves comfortable.

About: I got my very own dog when I was 10 years old. Domino was a dalmatian and really just set the ball rolling for my love of all dogs! I have had at least one dog since, the most at one time was 4! We had Chihuahua named Pancho, Boxer named Pepper, Pit bull named Petey and a foster Mix named Ziggy! I would adopt all the dogs if I had enough space. I have dog sat for friends and thought this would be a great way to keep Hobbs social while still being an only child :) I currently work remotely and am available for 24/7 care in my home. I have one kennel but space for you to bring your own if your baby is more comfortable there. However, this is a dog friendly home so pups are of course allowed on furniture and to sleep in bed. I have a fenced yard and a very friendly boxer mix that LOVES all other dogs and thinks everyone is a friend! We go on short walks in the morning and evening while it's not so hot! I also believe communication is important, so I provide regular updates and photos to help give you peace of mind. As someone who has grown up around animals and cared for a variety of pets throughout my life, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. I will care for your pets as if they were my own and do everything I can to ensure they are happy, healthy, and well cared for during my time with them.
About: I have experience with both dogs and cats that spans over 10 years! Currently I have two cats of my own, one of which has special needs. Also a little senior hedgehog! I have experience with dogs/cats of all sizes and endless patience for animals who may need special care. I believe strongly that all animals are precious and deserve the best care possible. I am a massage therapist that works Wednesday-Friday 9am-2pm and Saturday 9am-6pm. Sunday-Tuesday my schedule is open! I will always prioritize the animals needs first. I am committed to safely caring for any animal whether that be my own or others. Making sure doors are securely shut, walking into the home calmly and ensuring no animals bolt through the door.

About: Hi! If you’re needing someone to give your fur baby some extra love, time and attention while you’re away, then I’m your gal! I’ve grown up with small and large dog breeds my whole life and love all animals. I can safely provide medication administration and have experience with senior pets. I have a 10 yr old beagle/basset hound named Penny. She loves the Trinity Trails for exercise and sniffing around. I’m very mindful when approaching other dogs and always ask the owner if it’s okay to engage or let them know to give us space. And I’d provide that same care for your dog when walking them in your neighborhood. I also always carry a flexible water bowl and poop bags to stay prepared. I look forward to taking care of your pet(s). Please message me with any questions you may have. I keep my calendar updated monthly. I’m located about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and in some cases, will travel 20 minutes out. I work full-time in aviation and usually have 4 days off a week. On my off days, I’m available the entire day for drop-in visits and walking services. If I have weeks notice, I can usually alter my schedule. ** I currently don’t provide boarding in my home or at others.** As an owner of a dog with separation anxiety, it’s really important to me that your dog feels safe and protected. For drop-in visits, I’ll make sure we play some enrichment games, have treats that your provide, give them extra cuddles, take them for a short walk or play time in the backyard, and ensure they get their potty break and a full water bowl before leaving. For walking services, I always bring my own poop bags, and a collapsible bowl with fresh water to ensure your pet is refreshed and comfortable. Depending on your pets size, I’m more than happy to do a meet and greet over the phone or in-person to ensure I can handle their size, especially if they’re a strong puller.

When we did the meet and greet with Ernest, he welcomed us into his backyard to sit and chat with him while Kato checked out the place and sniffed around. Chatting with Ernest was like talking to an old friend, he made us feel so comfortable and we left feeling so confident that Kato was going to have the best week with Ernest and his son. Ernest checked in daily and sent us pics and provided updates of how Kato was doing. He even took Kato to the vet when he got sick (was just homesick) from being away from us to make sure all was well, sending updates by the minute along with pics and letting us listen in over the phone to everything the doctor said. While all ended up being okay, Ernest was so professional and responsive in a scary situation and made us feel at ease. He took the absolute best care of Kato and our pup came home so happy. Ernest truly treated our baby like he was his own and we will for sure use Rover and Ernest again when we go out of town. 10/10 experience, could not be happier or more thankful.
