“Victoria did a great job watching my two cats for a week! She was very communicative and the cats were very comfortable with her. I’d absolutely have her catsit again!”

“Rachael once again took great care of our 3 dogs for us. One of our dogs this time was sick and had a potty accident. Rachael notified us and was so understanding. She cleaned up the mess and made us feel like our dogs were in great hands. Thank you Rachael!”

“Alana was amazing with my elderly, anxious pup. Darby, almost 15 y.o. can be barky and hard to settle. Alana was both very patient and intuitive which helped her address the behavior. She provided regular updates and put me at ease about being away from my dog. I highly recommend Alana.”

“Kathleen was excellent company for our two small, senior dogs. The little guy can be a little slow to warm, but Kathleen handled it wonderfully. She's super communicative and sent adorable photos throughout our time away. It was easy to rest easy on vacation knowing things were well under control at home.”

About: I am ready and excited to do whatever your dog likes to do, whether it's exercising with a long walk, playing fetch, or relaxing while I give them a belly rub. I grew up with 2 dogs and have experience pet sitting for friends, neighbors, and colleagues over the years. I have never met a dog I didn't get along with; they seem to recognize that I am a dog person and really want nothing more than to make their tails wag. I am currently in nursing school in a mostly online program, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I currently have no pets and would love to hang out with your dog(s)! I’m currently in nursing school and my program is mostly asynchronous online, so my schedule is pretty flexible overall. In the fall, my clinical days will be Thursday and Friday from 7-1, so I will only be available in the afternoon on those days. I live in a pet-friendly apartment across the street from a grassy yard area and near residential areas good for walks. I love going for long walks (especially with a dog pal!) but am always able to adjust for whatever your dog needs.

“Leona is an absolutely fantastic dog sitter! She cared for our two dogs, a boxer and a French bulldog, expertly for a long weekend. Our pups received daily walks and cuddles, and they seemed almost disappointed when we returned home. Leona communicated with us several times each day, including with beautiful photos of our dogs on their many adventures. Leona also took great care of our home. We are hugs fans of Leona and her expert services! Highly recommend!”

“Moose loved his night hanging with Ani! My plans were last minute, so I reached out to Ani only a few hours before needing her. She was quick to respond and very professional. She even came by before to meet Moose and learn some paticulars about him. She was very communicative and send updates often along with pictures. I felt at ease all night and loved the pictures of him. Definitely will be using Ani in the future!”

“Katherine is amazing, she gave me daily updates about Tina’s activities while I was away. Tina had just gotten surgery a week before and she took great care of her giving her pain meds and following all the instructions. I feel blessed Tina was able to spend time with a pet lover that was attentive to detail.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 15 years, and have always had a large, loved dog of my own. More experience with adopted/rescue dogs than breeder dogs Currently working full time, but will be a law student starting in August, so will have much more availability during the weeks and also during the weekend. I am more comfortable taking care of your dog in their own home, as I have a dog who can be slightly reactive back home

“Laura was a great companion to our 5 year old golden doodle over the holidays while were we out of town. Before the sit she asked lots of questions and made she she understood his personality, routines, and needs so he wouldn’t be stressed out while we were away. Once she arrived she made sure he got lots of exercise and attention every day. She sent updates and pictures of him daily and we could clearly tell that he enjoyed her company. While we are sure he was happy to have us home I am sure he missed having Laura around! She also took good care of our home and was a lovely house guest. We are so happy we found her and will definitely have her back in the future. Thank you, Laura!”

“Susie was a phenomenal cat sitter - she was attentive to all of Mocha's needs and was playful and comforting to her throughout the visit. The frequent photos and updates were so appreciated. Mocha got along with her immediately and had a wonderful time while I was away. I'd recommend Susie to anyone looking for a pet sitter! Thank you so much for taking care of Mocha on short notice and for treating her so well!”

About: Hi there! I'm Devika (she/her), and I also identify as certified dog aunt to all dogs in the land. In all seriousness, I feel very attuned to dogs specifically, even those with diverse temperaments and needs. I grew up with a family dog, a shih-tzu named Leo, who passed away after a beautiful 17 years. After graduating, I didn't have the resources to commit to a full-time dog as much as I love them. There began my fostering journey during which I cared for 10+ dogs (varied breeds, sizes, and ages), anywhere from a few days to several months. During their time with me as their foster mom, these pups were able to acclimate to domestic life and work towards getting ready for their forever homes. Each foster experience was unique and I learned something new from each pup. That curiosity and attentive care is what I bring to dog care. Outside of my endless love for pups, I am also a clinical psychology doctoral student which brings a whole other facet to my dog care. With my background in trauma, anxiety, and behavioral interventions, I also bring an astute and knowledgeable eye to caring for animals. This includes trauma-informed care (no restraints unless absolutely necessary for safety), thoughtful approaching, and gently authoritative training (only if indicated). Importantly, I completely respect the autonomy of pet-owners in how they want to raise and care for their pet, and will carry out duties to a tee. My top priority is for your pet to feel safe and loved, and for you to have peace of mind while you leave your baby in my care. Please reach out with any questions and I'd love to connect more! I am available on weeknights and weekends to for dog-walking, drop ins, and house sitting. I can dedicate my time to providing your animal with utmost care. I live close to Beaver Brook Reservation and am also able to go to more secluded areas if your dog is sensitive or has other needs. I provide updates during your pup's time with me and am a strong communicator about scheduling. I care for pets in a safe, thoughtful, and generous way. I am able to adapt to the dog's needs, and am happy to accommodate to the level of care you prefer and need. I am so excited to meet you and your pup!

“Halleen was so kind and loving to our dog. We felt so comfortable allowing her to stay at our house. She did such a great job, communicated well and in additions to walking, she took our dog to play at the local park a few times over the weekend. We can’t wait to have her look after our dog again. Fantastic job.”

Rose was flexible in meeting Rocky and myself for a meet and greet. She was friendly and was at ease with Rocky. We provided Rose with a list of medication for Rocky as well as his regular feeding schedule and she didn't have any questions or hesitation. Rose was self sufficient and we would welcome her to watch Rocky at our home again.

Kim is a great dog sitter. She was calm and very attentive to our dog. I can tell she loves dogs. She was very communicative from the start, listening well, asking questions, responding in a timely manner, and sending video of her and our dog playing. I highly recommend her as a sitter.

Sarah was wonderful with our 14-week old puppy while we were away for a week. She helped with potty training and teaching/reinforcing commands. She was attentive, loving, and sent us updates, videos and photos throughout the day. She took great care of our home as well. We’re looking forward to having Sarah dog sit for us again in the future!
