About: I am a 2nd year veterinary student at Tufts. I grew up with animals and have 3 cats and a horse of my own. I worked as a veterinary technician in college as well as working at Tufts this summer. I am extremely responsible and knowledgeable. I am able to give medications, injections, and anything else that is needed for your pet to feel their best I am a full time student at Tufts Veterinary school. I am available before and after classes as well as some days at lunch during the week. I am also happy to make weekends work. I have a safe and reliable car to travel for your pets. I have a lot of dog walking and behavior experience. I am also well versed in cat care. I will provide precise care as well as unlimited love and affection. Nothing makes me happier than spending time with animals!

About: I've always felt a special connection with animals- from encounters in the redwood forests of Northern California to the coastal sanctuaries of Maine, I’ve spent much time appreciating the deep wisdom held within the animal kingdom. In my own life, cats and dogs have helped show me the true nature of unconditional love, journeying together through obstacles with plenty of joy. I've boarded and cared for several dogs long-term, lived with up to 3 cats at a time (please see testimonials) and always enjoy getting to know the unique personality and ways of each animal. Beyond domestic pets, I often spend time in nature, getting to know the local birds, deer, chipmunks, etc. and enjoy spending time at several wolf sanctuaries in New England. My approach is gentle and my goal is nourishment, safety and support with whoever I get the chance to work with. I’m presently in my third year of graduate school for Chinese medicine and acupuncture, a medicine that includes healing practices such as Qi Gong which often draws from the teachings of animals to generate strength and resilience in one's body. I hope to have the chance to work with animals in a healing capacity some day. I enjoy giving back to animals in any way I can and I'd be truly honored to care for your beloved pet. I'm currently a graduate student with wide availability outside of classes, including most weekdays and weekends. Tuesdays/Thursdays/weekends are generally best but I have some availability on all other days as well. I'll care for your pets with compassion and attentiveness and honor whatever instructions and ways that you feel are best for your dog or cat. I've had experience crating, bathing, grooming, clipping, walking, running, playing etc.

About: I love playing with and care for cats and dogs. I've trained my cat to go outside on a harness and leash and to do a few tricks! I'm a teacher currently on summer vacation and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to come and care for and play with your pet. At this time, I would come to your house to provide care for your pet because I have my own cat at my house who doesn't get along well with others.

“Stacy did a great job taking care of our home! Our kitties loved her and she gave them lots of attention. We had a battery go out in our gas fireplace and she called us to talk about the issue. The she found a you tube video and figured out how to replace the battery. We were grateful to not have to stress about it. Most importantly, our fur babies were comfortable with her!”

“Sarah was great! She stayed with our three kitties for a few days while we were traveling and made us feel so comfortable. She sent the perfect amount of updates, and when we got home everything was just as we'd left it. We'll definitely be reaching out to Sarah again in the future!”

“Lindsay stopped by to visit my cat while I was in England. She brought her daughter with her, which was great- to give the cat some more attention. Professional, communicative, and on time. Thanks, Lindsay”

About: Hello! A little about me: I have several years of caring for dogs and cats both personally and professionally, starting around age 11 with Oliver my first dog. I now have Leilah, my extremely lovable Labrador, and Lance my old boy who is a Coonhound and a retired service dog, they both get along with everyone! I also have 2 sons who both share my love of dogs! We have cats but they are used to dogs and tend to keep to themselves anyway. They are generally tolerant of all dogs, as long as they are friendly and do not chase them. Prior to COVID19 I worked full time in a dog daycare and boarding facility, so I have both personal and professional dog handling and grooming experience. I enjoy spending my time caring for animals, and doing my part in keeping them, and their families happy and healthy! Any dog in my care is treated like my own. We look forward to caring for your furry family member! I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to care for your dog, they will rarely be left alone and will have plenty of potty breaks and outside time! I have a fenced in yard, so as long as your dog does not have a history of hopping fences they are free to roam and lounge in the yard. If your pet is a fence hopper I will only bring them out on a leash.

About: I have owned 9 dogs in my life ranging from 150 lbs to 10 lbs, often times having to walk 3 at once. I am capable and experienced with the whole summer to walk pets now that teaching is done for the year. I have the summer off so Monday-Friday I am free to do anything. Almost treat it like a full time job. I start back working in September. I have a dog and a cat with a fenced in yard. I have had 9 dogs in my life and know how to take care of specific needs for them.

About: I absolutely love animals. I've had dogs my whole life, until recently, and now I have 2 cats. I'm always looking to socialize more with animals.Right now in school, I am working towards getting my Early Childhood Education degree and my teaching license. I’m looking forward to filling my free time with great animal interactions. I will easily follow all your care instructions. I've volunteered at animal shelters, so cleaning up any messes will be easy and I have been around many different dog breeds. I'm always careful and responsible. I would love to go for a walk around the neighborhood, or go to a nearby dog park if applicable. I understand that the happiness and health of your pet is one of the most important things there is. I’m currently out of school for the summer and wish to fill up my days taking care of your pets! I have pretty open availability during the work week, minus 2 weekly appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday. I’d also love to spend a lovely summer weekend day with your pet as well! I usually follow the lead of the homeowners, so if there’s behavior that is considered normal for your pet, I’d love to know about it and how you usually handle it. I know the importance of routine and structure, so I will not be acting in a way towards your pet that they aren’t familiar or comfortable with.

Jeffrey M.
“Jeffrey is a dear friend of mine. Over the years he has taken care of my dog Willa Mae several times. She has stayed with him for up to a week, he would take her on adventures and walks and every time I knew she was well taken care of and loved. WM loves Jeffrey and would always come back home so happy and healthy, so I was confident that Jeffrey was taking good care of WM just as he would his own animal. I highly recommend him as a dog walker and an overnight caretaker!”
