About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets. I previously worked at a doggy daycare for four years, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I currently have two dogs of my own and have grown up around both dogs and cats my entire life. Your pet will be treated like family in my home, with plenty of attention, playtime, and care. About: I've grown up with pets ever since I was little. I've been trusted even from young ages to walk, feed, and clean up after dogs. I've never had a bad experience and I'm always willing to encounter any and every kind of dog out there with lots of love and care! I have my own pet at home, had him for 10 years. Even after so long, it's so easy and even fun sometimes to do the little things for your pets like feeding them, walking them, and just making sure you spend some quality time with them! There's never a moment I don't want to be around my pet, or any pet for that matter! I always think the key to good pet care is real love and attention. Watching for what your pets want and giving them it will make them happy. If it's attention, bring on the cuddles! If it's a walk, let's do it! And that goes for pets that aren't mine as well. About: Hello and welcome! We take care of/have taken care of all different kinds of pets. We have our own two dogs, as well as six cats. We have experience with multiple different breeds and types of animals, as well as being able to handle many at a time. (We have had up to 9 dogs in my care at one time!) I know how hard it is to leave your pet behind, which is why I will update you with pictures as much as you would like. I have a finished basement if your loved one would prefer to be separated, and also have many open rooms for them to choose from for slumber. The cats have a gated off cat room, only accessible to humans and kitties. The crew and I can't wait to meet you! (Or if you prefer the whole crew won't meet you :)). Dani is currently home full time. At this time Dani is home for almost the entire day, with occasional errands. You can request our schedule for any amount of time to confirm your loved one will be cared for properly and on time. We deep clean all items used after a pet stays, so that they are ready for the next pet to stay. We have extra blankets, beds, crates, bowls, and more. We keep our fishtanks neat and clean, as well as my home. My dogs are extremely friendly even with cats. My backyard is fenced in with access through a back door. When it's nice out we play outside with the dogs where they have access to a kiddie pool to play in the water. I have started to add more outdoor play equipment/toys.

I have a dog of my own, and I grew up with dogs all my life and love to be around them! I can socialize your pup with mine or keep them separate. I am free most weekends and holidays. I can go on a run and/or walk with your dog or just give them a little extra love and attention. I am a big fan of all dogs whether they are big or small. I also know some about cats if you need help with them as well. I am available on weekends and if needed can work in a Friday too. This allows me to put all my attention on your pets. I have one fur baby of my own that can easily be separated from your pup if needed. I also have easily access to a crate and a neighborhood dog park.

While your dog is in my care, I assure you they will have all three. (Love, affection and mental stimulation) I have always had dogs my entire life. I currently have a 3 year old Lagotto Romagnolo named Bonita. She loves to play with other dogs big or small. I live across the street from a park so we will have plenty of play time. We will do lots of walks, play time as well and some down time. If you need help with basic obedience training, let's chat. If you have a kennel or doggy bed please bring it with you, as well as food and treats. I look forward to taking care of your dog(s)! Pet care is my life. I have a daily routine with my dog Bo. I take her to the dog park a few days a week and also let her run in the yard as well as across the street at the park. My days and hours are flexible, and someone is always home. I don't have a fenced in yard, but I will use a leash with your dog. I live on a quiet culdasac and have a park across the street for lots of play time.

About: Having been surrounded by dogs and cats throughout my life, I've cultivated a profound passion for working with these wonderful companions. While growing up, my mother and I had a cat, but most of my interactions with pets occurred through my grandparents. My grandparents have always had dogs and allowed me to be actively involved in their care, including feeding and walking. This experience nurtured a deep passion and profound appreciation for animals, as they are not just our pets but integral members of our family. I embarked on my first job at McDonald's, where I gained valuable experience in providing excellent customer service. In September of my first college year, I began working at the UW Veterinary Hospital as a kennel worker. This role primarily involved cleaning and providing vet students, vet techs, and doctors with the necessary equipment for treating animals. In the following spring semester, I left the hospital and secured a position as a dog caregiver at Dog Haus University in Madison. I was already familiar with dog behavior, but this job allowed me to gain confidence in recognizing a dog's emotions through their body language. Additionally, I currently work at a doggy daycare in Milwaukee called Unifursity in the same capacity, but with the added responsibility of pottying and feeding dogs since this establishment also offers boarding services. I have experience in petsitting my grandparents' dogs in their home while they were out of town and have demonstrated my ability to maintain their routine. Being at the doggy daycare has allowed me to gain new skills such as properly administering the Bordetella and Distemper vaccination, along with solidifying my skill in maintaining a dogs daily schedule when it comes to feeding, pottying and excerise. Regarding my experience in Madison, opportunities that arose did not align with my housing situation since I did reside in the campus dorms. Patience is a quality I've developed over the years, partly due to having younger siblings who can be quite challenging. My grandma's dog, a large German Shepherd with severe separation anxiety, has given me experience in dealing with dogs who are considered "difficult." Working at the daycare, patience is crucial, as some dogs struggle to follow instructions and require consistent redirection. There have been instances of nervous dogs who were initially wary of strangers, but through careful handling, consistent communication, and positive interactions, I gained their trust while maintaining authority when necessary. I am a full-time student, but I have flexibility on times as my schedule isn’t super demanding. I do work Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays, and I’m able to be accommodating around times if needed. While I do have a full house that could be overwhelming to some pets, as a pet sitter in a client's home, I will follow their guidelines closely which may involve feeding pets according to their usual routine, administering medication if necessary, and engaging in play or exercise activities. I aim to maintain a clean and organized space, respecting the home and the pet owner's preferences. The specific services I offer may vary, so I'm adaptable to the needs of both the pet and the owner. One of my cats has chronic kidney disease, so I’m very experienced with medications, subcutaneous fluids, and close monitoring. About: I have 20+ years of experience with a variety of pets. From dogs to reptiles and everything in between, I love them all. Growing up, I cared for dogs, cats and small rodents. Out of high school I adopted my first rescue dog and never looked back. I have worked with many rescue dogs over the years and went through basic training with each one. This helped me learn to accommodate for special needs and/or behaviors. I also have experience with giving pets medications and injections. I previously worked with groups of dogs at a local dog daycare. Our family currently has 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 snakes, 1 gecko, 1 box turtle and 1 fish. I have a natural passion for caring for animals and I can’t wait to fall in love with your pet. I currently work part time during the day as an office manager and have a fairly flexible work schedule. I do have multiple pets that I visit on a regular basis mid day during the week.
