“Today Lisa was scheduled to stop over twice. Well we got around 16" of snow and most people couldn't get out of their driveway. I would've understood if she had to cancel but instead. She not only stopped over twice but also offered to help with snow removal. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars. I feel very fortunate for her caring such.”

About: I grew up caring for the pets of family members and friends, including feeding, walking, supervising, and providing attentive care while their owners were away. I am currently attending college and have a flexible class schedule, with only two classes per day. This allows me to provide your pets with regular care, including letting them outside before, after, or between my classes. I prioritize your pet’s safety by keeping walks within your neighborhood and only allowing them to play off-leash in a secure, fenced-in backyard when available.

Plenty of love I have to give, but I also have the experience of 35 years as a science teacher. I’m well-versed in how animals like dogs and cats talk to us through their gestures. Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. Please read my first four reviews which I received from pet owners that I served even before signing up with Rover. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. Snuggles welcome. 🐾🥰😻 When serving you and your pet, I like to send pictures. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.

About: I have 2 large breed rescue dogs- I've learned to be extremely patient and flexible. I grew up with lots of pets, and would love to meet your fur babies. I work full time, usually 10am to 6pm. Perfect for morning feedings and play time, and evening feedings and play time! There can be further flexibility in my career. I will happily follow your instructions to a "T"! I will also go the extra mile if your fur baby makes a mess and cleaning supplies are accessible. We hire pet-sitters occasionally, and I fully understand how vulnerable it can feel to let someone into your home. As a former teacher, I hope you feel reassured that I have strong values of respect and helpfullness.

About: I am eager to learn your dog and build a long lasting relationship! I enjoy training in a fun manner, and having dog parties! I do foster care with a local rescue, which has given me experience in so many different types of dogs, and different histories of where they came from. Full success in every dog that has come into my care. I do work full time during the day, Monday thru Friday. I am open to boarding during that time if we see fit. My weekends are wide open for all the dog love needed! I have a fenced in yard, but still usually attend to the dogs anyway, unless it’s too cold, I’ll watch from the door! I have a very dog friendly dog myself that has become accustomed to meeting new dogs and respecting their boundaries.

About: Hi! My name is Ryaan, and I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. Animals have always been a huge part of my family, so caring for them comes naturally to me. About: I’ve been training a German Shepard and a Rottweiler for 2 years. I’ve walked all of my friends and family’s dogs. Just know your dog will love me! My job is hybrid so I’m usually available every other day for couple hours. Available on weekends. I can always make time for you and your dog! Since I’ll be a dog walker, I will make sure I’m general and relaxed with your pups if they are aggressive. No dogs are bad, they just need correct guidance which I can offer. About: I have 5 years of veterinary assistant experience. I love working with animals and getting to know their personalities. Many friends, family members, and even some clients from the clinic I worked at have relied on me to care for their pets (both cats and dogs). I've cared for young pets, seniors, and all in between. I am comfortable giving medications to pets who require them. I'm currently working full time, but I am looking to move into a part time position to have more time for pet parents and their families. I live in an apartment at the moment, so I would not be able to accept services where pets would have to stay with me. I am more than willing to make home visits, whether they be shorter or longer or multiple times throughout the day. I'm very detail oriented and can follow instructions extremely well.

About: I used to be a certified veterinary technician in Wisconsin and moved to California in July 2019. I have a lot of experience working with dogs and I used to dog sit for some friends over night when I was in college. I grew up with several animals and am an absolute animal lover. Nothing is better than snuggling up and loving animals. I worked as a kennel assistant for a year before becoming a vet tech. I've handled multiple dogs at a time before and love playing with them all. I love all types of dogs and getting them active. I am available at all times of day. With my experience in a vet clinic I've learned to handle all ages, sizes, and different health issues of pets. I am currently a full time student but all of my classes are online so I’m home full time. So your pet won’t be home alone for long during the week. When your pets stay with me they’ll be able to play with my two huskies also. They are great with all pups and know when to give them a break and when to keep playing. I can't wait to make your fur baby feel at home! I’m currently unemployed so your pets will have plenty of attention and play time with me. They’ll have a great balance of play and relaxation. I have a fenced yard and two dogs to keep your pet company. They will get a ton of exercise with these two but they’ll also get a lot of snuggles and love too.

About: I’ve grown up raising 2 toy poodles from my childhood. Now as an adult I adopted my first dog of my own, Mabel, who is an 5yr old lab! I also have horses, so have been around all sorts of animals my whole life. Love any and all sizes and breeds of pups! I work from home so my schedule is very flexible and can do last minute/short notice requests no problem! If you need me to spend a little more time with your pet, I can easily bring my work computer with me. I would treat your home as my own. Follow any/all rules you may have as well as rules for your pet. My dog is crate trained when away so I am comfortable having anything to do around crating.

About: I grew up from childhood in a family with dogs around all the time. I’ve had my boy Jordy for 5 years now. He’s husky just like I had in my teenage years. Training him went super well and it’s been one of the best experiences of my adult life having him around. He gets along great with most all other dogs and loves kids. I absolutely adore animals and I've been a nanny for several families over the past 10+ years, where I've cared for pets as well as children whether just on a normal daily basis or while the families were out of town. I'm currently a freelance photographer and I generally work from home most of the time which offers me a good bit of flexibility and free time to take on some odd jobs like pet-sitting and or childcare. I have a fenced in yard and a high energy friendly husky to play with. I also drive a 4runner that'd be easy to load up and take a couple pups to the parks nearby and/or it’s a great neighborhood to go for a long walk/run.
