About: Hi, I am Becky and I am a lifelong animal lover. I have always had pets in my home since birth. My husband shares my passion for animals and has served as a Vet Tech in the Army. As we have traveled the world, we have watched pets of all ages and sizes. My kids love having furry friends visit and enjoy joining me when walking the dog. So much so, my daughter's first word was "kitten." In our home, we have a beautiful black lab, tortie kitty, and a handful of geckos that live in our backyard. Now that my three children are in school, I would love to assist you with dog walking, cat and dog boarding, and daily check-ins for any of your furry family members.

About: While we are new to Rover, we are certainly no strangers to the world of caring for pets. We are a husband & wife team with a combined total of over 50 years of animal care experience. From bottle feeding babies, to senior pet care, to exotic animal husbandry, we have seen it all. Being pet parents ourselves, we have had several dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, & fish. Our American bulldog, Jack, our King Charles Cavalier, Castle, our Chow Chow mix, CBJ, and our Labrador/Husky mix, Crichton, have all left muddy paw prints on our hearts long after they've all gone. We currently have 6 cats, 3 of which are siblings we adopted a year ago and are loving all the chaos that they bring to our days. We can't forget our 2 ferrets, Mongo and Princess Donut- 2 of the sweetest little trouble makers we've ever had. From providing dog walks, play times, medicating, cleaning, cuddles, & kisses, we want to continue your dedication to helping your family pets live happier, healthier lives. Brian has worked as a manager in the pet retail industry for over 30 years, in a variety of settings. He has had cats and dogs his entire life, as well as keeping fresh and saltwater aquariums and building large vivariums for tree frogs. He has experience volunteering in wildlife rehab as well as handling reptiles and raptors at Zoo America in Hershey. He worked as a licensed pet sitter for many years in his twenties. Tanya has worked at several zoos and small animal veterinarian clinics. She started out as a veterinary technician, which she loved doing for 11 years. She then transitioned to being a veterinary receptionist in 2017, moving her focus from purely pet care to client care as well. Attending a variety of pet care continuing education every year and owning several pets needing daily, weekly, and monthly medications, Tanya has a wide skill range allowing her to help you keep your pet feeling their best. We both work full time, but with differing hours, allowing for availability morning, noon, & night. Brian is an early riser, so early morning walks or medication administration would be easy to accommodate. We are more than happy to follow whatever instructions you might have when visiting & caring for your pets in your home. We are open to having some exotics, or very low key dogs, in our own home for boarding. We do have six cats that run our house, so whoever is staying with us would need to get along with them.

About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 10 years old! What started as helping family, friends, and neighbors turned into years of experience caring for all kinds of furry friends. 🐶🐱 I also have experience handling pet emergencies, administering medications, and responding efficiently when urgent situations arise. I’ve always loved being the person people can count on when their pets need a little extra love and attention. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can be stressful, which is why I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience, responsibility, plenty of affection, and, of course, lots of belly rubs and playtime! ❤️🐾 As a server and bartender, my flexible schedule allows me to spend my free time doing something I truly love—caring for animals! I also love being outdoors and taking pets on walks and adventures where they can experience new sights, exciting smells, and plenty of fresh air. I care for every pet as if they were my own while following their normal routine and their owner’s specific instructions. I learn each pet’s personality, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, and preferences to help them feel comfortable. In my client’s home, I respect their space, keep everything clean and secure, and provide plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection. I enjoy taking dogs outside for safe, supervised walks and adventures when appropriate.

About: I grew up with two dogs, Lucy and Tula, and I love them so very much! I had to help walk, feed, and play with them all of the time. They have very different personalities, so I am used to the high energy, crazy pups, as well as the more timid ones that may need to warm up to me for a little bit! Our family now has adopted a new little mixed puppy named Jack who is absolutely filled with energy and excitement all of the time. I am currently a college student, so I have classes mostly in the mornings, but my schedule is fairly flexible and I can walk your pups when I'm not in class! I can walk your dogs around your neighborhood or somewhere else in town, whatever works best. I'm looking forward to spending time with your furry friends, whether it is just playing with them or walking them!

About: I worked at a dog/cat kennel for over 3 years. I was fortunate enough to work with all breeds, sizes, ages, and behavioral levels. I want to give your pet the best and most comfortable experience while you're away! I am a college student at UD studying ecology. My schedule is generally pretty open with the exception of morning classes (~9 am - 11 am). My availability varies, but I can be flexible! Feel free to message me to inquire! I understand that all pets have different needs and preferences. I am comfortable playing with your dog in their home, taking them on walks, or little field trips and hikes (for the more energetic pups) around Delaware if you'd like! I have a soft spot for senior cats and dogs, so I am also more than happy to take things slower and give them the extra TLC they might need.

About: A lot of my clients and friends call me the animal whisperer because I have yet to met an animal that doesn't like me. I have grown up with animals, specifically dogs, all my life. Growing up with animals has made me realize that your pet is very much a part of the family so I treat each and every pet as if it were my own - with love and care. Animals have shown me the meaning of unconditional love without judgment. I work from home so I’m pretty flexible and pretty much make myself available for your pet. I especially love having an excuse to get out of the house to take care of your adorable furry pet :) I’m pretty good at handling multiple pets at once and can hold my own. I’ve handled walking multiple pets on leashes at the same time. I’ve handled a house full of pets. I watch them and give them the love they need while I’m with them :) no animal or animal task is too difficult for me.

About: I grew up on a 25 acre cow farm. As a child I had every pet imaginable. As a mother I allowed my children to experience owning pets. My 2 youngest grown children have dogs and they are my grand dogs lol. We are a horse family. I have a degree in education and have been a teacher for ever. If I can be trusted with children then you can certainly trust me with you pets. I currently don’t have any pets due to where I live. The landlord is strict on the no pets policy. I know it’s a bummer 👎 All my children are grown so I have evenings and weekends free 👍 I know pets can be considered as a family member so I will take care of them as if they are my own children. I will provide plenty of extra love and kisses.

About: Hi there! My name is Jamiah, but feel free to call me by my nickname, Mia! I started building my pet care business in 2017. Now in 2025, I work at a non profit as a Communications & Marketing Specialist. While I took time away from Rover to start my career, my heart is calling me back to my ultimate passion-providing high quality care and comfort for all furry friends, while meeting fantastic like-minded people along the way! My love for all animals is deeply immense. Thanks to my mother-I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, as well as birds! And I was encouraged to always look out for animals and even saved a pregnant cat and raised a litter of kittens when I was 10 (I will share that story when we have the pleasure of meeting). With the animal lover trait being instilled in me, I take the utmost pride in being selected to look after yours. I currently have 1 dog (german shepherd) and 1 cat! I also take care of my mom’s dog (shepherd mix). I attended Conrad Schools of Science and chose the Animal Science career pathway for 3 years. Those 3 years provided me with the basic knowledge about all barn animals and pets. This experience enabled my passion for helping animals no matter how large or small. I’ve always taken the opportunity to volunteer and give back to shelters who need support. Faithful Friends became my home for a few summers as I walked dogs and cleaned countless litter pans. I am very well-rounded and balanced as it comes to animal care. I truly hope we get a chance to meet for your upcoming pet care needs! About: I have had my home base business for over 20 years and I'm looking to try something new. I have been a dog owner my entire life. I currently have 3 small dogs. I have ample time and desire to be a pet/house sitter on Rover. I love all pets, especially dogs and cats. Not a big fan of snakes. Please reach out to me, lets chat. My work is seasonal, meaning I mostly work from Spring to Fall. WIth my season coming to an end, I am looking to branch out and try something new. I have always loved animals so Rover seems like a great fit. I have a lot of free time heading into the winter. I have a 4 wheel drive vehicle so snow and ice wont stop me. I have 3 dogs. One is 13, one is 2 and the baby is 11 months. I also have 2 grown children who live at home. When I am at home working, my dogs are the shop with me. My shop is a 2 car garage and a fenced in yard. They stay outside with me most of the day with 2 breaks for naps in their private room. In the summer, they have a pool and plenty of shade. Their safely and comfort is important to me as is their need for play time, walks and lots of hugs and scratches. I am used to having a puppy around and cleaning up messes. As your pet sitter, I will never bring my dogs along with me. They have a dad at home to take care of them. My schedule is very flexible and I understand the need for help with pets. My seasonal job requires me to travel in the summer and getting pet sitters is sometimes tricky. I guess I should say, getting a trust worthy pet sitter who is going to deliver on her promises can be tricky.

About: I have a general love for animals, I tend to rescue any and everything. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats , 5 birds one being a cockatoo, a pig , 3 rabbits and a bearded dragon! Weekdays I am free after 6 and weekends I am available everyday unless needed in advance and I can make the changes to accommodate. I would love to meet new furry friends!
