“Alana's care of our lab Roxy was exceptional. Our initial visit and interaction down to the overall experience and return. Plus, my anxiousness was immediately gone after we started connecting. She actually offered and did drop Roxy off for us at our home! She communicated well and sent pictures and reports of Roxy's time as this was our first ever experience of leaving Roxy overnight. Pics of play, walks, meals, chilling! Her neighborhood, home and yard too, was a great space for playing, sunshine and overnight care. Highly recommend and would hire her again! “Jessica was such an amazing sitter. We had only use Petsmart's Pet Hotel for our puppy, Nora, in the past and was our first time using Rover. We found Jessica at the last minute on Rover and couldn't have been happier. She has the most adorable family (including 2 little kids and 2 adorable puppies) and I was very comfortable leaving my dog in their home. Nora was a handful but Jessica went above and beyond to handle our puppy who was clearly missing her normal routine and home. Highly recommend.”

“Kwame has provided exceptional service for my two dogs the past few years. They get so excited whenever they see him. He is really great with them and is extremely patient yet firm. He also has been really helpful in assisting with enforcing training which I have struggled with. I always have peace of mind whenever my dogs are in his care and he always stays in constant communication.”

“The sweetest people! They agreed to take my puppy less than a week before my trip(after I got canceled on and started stressing). I was super nervous since this was the first time leaving him but I wrote instructions and I feel as though they followed every single one! I got picture updates as requested and when they had questions they asked. He got plenty of playtime and outdoor/potty time! They also didn't mind us bringing our crate to their home since were are crate training snd he sleeps in there. I will definitely use them again in the future!
