About: My experience with canines stretches back to my childhood. I've grown up with all different breeds ranging from Rottweiler to Lhasa Apso. My home is on a corner and has plenty of yard space that gets cleaned daily to allow for worry free zoomies. All small and medium-sized dogs will be more than welcomed to roam freely around my living room kitchen area and are allowed to sit and lay on the couches as well. The floors are hardwood so even if they have an accident of pooping or peeing on the floor it will be alot easier for me to clean up on the hard floors than the carpeted areas. They will be allowed to come into my bedroom or any other room as long as I am in the room supervising them. I will take them outside to potty every 2 hours timed from the time they arrive until their scheduled time of leaving. About: Hi, I am Becky and I am a lifelong animal lover. I have always had pets in my home since birth. My husband shares my passion for animals and has served as a Vet Tech in the Army. As we have traveled the world, we have watched pets of all ages and sizes. My kids love having furry friends visit and enjoy joining me when walking the dog. So much so, my daughter's first word was "kitten." In our home, we have a beautiful black lab, tortie kitty, and a handful of geckos that live in our backyard. About: I have had dogs my whole life and have experience walking large breeds (Dobermans, Rottweilers, etc..). I’ve taken care of other people’s animals and absolutely love caring for dogs. I work full time but work from home Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday so more flexible on those days. I am usually free from 4 PM onwards each day. Available all day most week days. We have a large yard that is partially fenced by trees and is large enough for any dog to run around. Our house has three stories so there is more than enough room for dogs to play around.

Why I love dog sitting I have been an animal lover my entire life. From playing with salamanders as a kid, to growing up with cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes; I've also had bunnies, fish, frogs, hermit crabs, hamsters, birds...the list goes on! I couldn't imagine a life without animals in it. My experience administering medication Yes. Working at a dog boarding facility for nearly 2 years I have had to give many forms of medications, and my personal pets also take oral medications. I am not trained to give injections. My full time job allows me to work from home majority of the week. That makes it easy for me to swing by for a visit at different times of the day. The latest drop in I can provide is 7pm. I am happy to provide updates as soon as I arrive, during the stay, and as I leave. For dog walks, I prefer not to introduce any dog that I’m handling to another dog passing by. This ensures everyone’s safety.

Sharon handled their issues in stride, and even got my sister's timid anxious dog to warm up. They loved running around in the fenced back yard and snuggling up in the dog room with lots of spaces to take a break. Sharon sent pictures and updates throughout the trip. My dog, Freddy, stayed with Pearl while my son had a baseball tournament at Cal Ripken in Aberdeen. Tournaments are challenging to plan for and I didn't know how long we would need Pearl to care for our dog. Pearl and I communicated throughout the weekend as my son's team continued to advance towards the championship Sunday night through rain delays, and reassured me that she could care for Freddy as long as we needed. It was such a relief to know that our dog was in a safe environment, allowing me to focus on baseball. Pearl was a huge contribution to the success of our weekend! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the Aberdeen area as a loving home for your pet.”

Whether your pet wants snuggles, space, or serious playtime, I tailor each visit to what makes them happiest. I’m comfortable giving medications* and teaching basic obedience. I also make the experience great for you! I’m a reliable communicator, send plenty of cute pics, and if your pet’s up for it, you’ll come home to a handmade surprise “from your pet.” *If medications are required to be given an additional fee will be negotiated and applied before the booking is confirmed. Pet care fits naturally into my routine — it’s something I genuinely enjoy! I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule that allows me to adapt as needed. I am able to care for about a dozen pets per week and I only book one house-sitting family at a time to ensure each pet gets my full attention. Walks and drop-ins can easily be added into my day, especially Monday through Friday. Pet care is both relaxing and rewarding for me — I love building relationships with the pets I visit, and I think they look forward to our time together just as much as I do! I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, starting by learning their pet’s established routine to ensure they feel comfy and happy. I gather all the important info — like vet contacts, emergency numbers, and where cleaning supplies live (just in case!). I’m a tidy sitter too: I take out the trash and scoop up any yard “presents” to keep things fresh. Most importantly, I listen closely to both owner and pet to discover what makes each furry friend feel safe and loved, then tailor my care to their unique personality.
