About: I don't remember a time when I haven't had an animal in my life! I grew up with both cats and dogs and enjoy taking care of both! Family members, neighbors, and friends have had me watch their pets of all ages and breeds from puppies to senior dogs and yorkipoos to labs! My favorite breeds are golden retrievers and black cats! About: I grew up with two cats, so I love cats as well as dogs. In 2019, I adopted an incredibly loving, gorgeous lab pit named Lucy, and she keeps me very active every day! She was a rescue dog, and although we were originally fostering her, I bonded with her too much to let her go. I’ve always been a natural introvert and have been drawn to the compassion of animals. I believe we can learn more about our own humanity through caring for animals. I look forward to meeting your amazing furry friends! In addition to Rover, I substitute teach right now, and this allows me to have a very flexible schedule. It's closer to part-time than full-time.
