About: I currently have a very energetic young pit bull name Ruby. I am an advocate for the Pit breed. She is a certified therapy dog and she has Passed her AKC canine good citizens test. Her and I are part of the "paws for love" program sponsored through our local SPCA . We volunteer at the airport, schools, and I am currently going through hospice application along with our Family Justice Dept. We also do agility training along with fun Barn hunting. I do not work outside my home as most of my time is spent working with my dogs. It was something I had a passion for once I retired and had the time. Ruby also has her AKC advanced trick title. About: I have always had a love of animals and I enjoy spending time with them, and yes, I do talk to them as if they are human. I have summers off and would love to spend some time with animal friends!!I am an early riser and can also be flexible with schedules during the summer. I have a fenced in yard here and all the things needed for various pets, especially dogs. I would hope that owners will specify how they’d like their pet cared for.

She gave her lots of attention and pretty sure our malamute had a better “vacation” than us away from our 2yr old and with all attention on her! Our outdoor cat was also treated wonderfully as well. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was a kid. I grew up on a farm, and we always had animals to care for. Currently, I have 1 dog and 4 cats, we rescued a cat family. I am working part time so I will have plenty of opportunity to care for your dog. Anytime would be a good time for me to board your pet, drop in to house sit or take your dog for a walk. I have a large fenced yard, a large awning area, and a garage set up for shade, along with other dog friendly amenities. I have a doggy pool and dog beds for cozy comfort. Lots of room to run and play as well.

About: Growing up, I absolutely loved animals—my family used to joke that I’d own a zoo one day! Over the years, I’ve rescued a baby deer, birds, and multiple dogs, and each experience taught me how to stay calm, patient, and gentle in all kinds of situations. I bring that same energy to pet sitting—being someone an animal can rely on, and someone owners can trust. My natural love for animals, along with my experience as a nursing student, means I’m observant, nurturing, and not afraid of a little extra care—whether that’s for puppies, seniors, or pets with special needs. I currently work part-time on weekdays, so I’m available for pet care after 4:30 PM during the week. Evenings are a perfect time for walks, drop-ins, or spending quality time with pets who need company after their owners leave for work. On weekends, I’m fully available and happy to offer boarding services, since I’ll be home and can give pets my full attention. My schedule allows for a healthy balance, so I can make sure each animal I care for gets the time, consistency, and affection they deserve. What sets me apart is my calm, compassionate approach and my experience as a nursing student—I’m naturally attentive, observant, and gentle, which carries over into how I care for animals. I’ve grown up with pets and currently care for two cats of my own, so I understand the importance of routines, patience, and respecting each animal’s unique personality. I’m also comfortable with both dogs and cats, including pets who may be shy, anxious, or in need of extra attention. I’m especially good with senior pets, and I’m comfortable helping with medication, special feeding routines, or mobility needs. I take pride in providing a calm, safe environment where pets can feel secure—and owners can feel confident.

“Margaret was a wonderful pet sitter to our dog Lily. She stayed at our home to make sure our anxious doggy stayed in her normal routine. Margaret send me pictures of Lily so I could see that she was happy as can be! She also updated me often so I knew exactly how Lily was doing. I appreciate Margaret taking the time to do these things. Lily and I both agree that Margaret was a great pet sitter and would love to have her back again!”

About: I have had dogs since I was 7 years old. I currently own two of my own and both are age 2. I help family when they are out of town with the care of their dogs. I currently work part time flexible hours! I can start around 9am until late night. I can do long weekend care as well. Flexibility open I do have two dogs with a fenced in yard. My dogs love to run and play with new dogs, if you need day boarding.
