“Elvia truly went above and beyond in her latest house sit for our cat Dolly. We had an incident at our home shortly before we were scheduled to leave town that required our home to be aired out while we were gone. Elvia was extremely accommodating, understanding, and helpful. All the while taking excellent care of and spending quality time with our sweet kitty. We could not be more grateful to Elvia, and recommend her without reservation!”

“This was the second time Nicole stayed at our house with our dog Buster while we were out of town. We were away for 10 days out of the country and we were very worried about Buster because he has stomach issues. Nicole was wonderful with him! She accommodated his routine and made him feel very comfortable. Nicole was very proactive - she noticed Buster having more stomach problems after a few days and she contacted me to discuss it. Medicine from the vet was delivered and Buster was back to normal! Nicole is very sensitive to his needs, and she did not mind when he woke her up one morning at 4am to go out. Having Nicole enabled us to enjoy our vacation, knowing she would address any issues that come up. She will be coming again to stay with Buster soon!”

About: A little about me… I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and have experience with pets of all sizes and temperaments. I grew up with larger breeds like Boxers and now have two English Cocker Spaniels, along with my mom’s corgis! I’ve cared for even small animals like bunnies! I started pet sitting at 12 and have continued ever since, so I’m very comfortable reading animal behavior and understanding their individual needs. I know that every pet is different, some need frequent walks and bathroom breaks (like my small doggies!), while others prefer a more relaxed routine, and I’m attentive to those differences. Having grown up in New Canaan, I’m familiar with the area and the types of routines and care local pet owners expect. Whether your dog needs long walks, structured care, or just some extra attention while you’re away. Happy to discuss with you what your pet needs are! I work from home, which allows me to be very flexible and attentive throughout the day. Your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches, and I’m able to provide consistent supervision, bathroom breaks, and attention as needed. I especially love caring for puppies and more active dogs. I’m happy spending time walking in the morning, mid day, and evening to ensure they stay active! I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and trustworthy environment for every pet in my care. I pay close attention to each animal’s routine, behavior, and comfort level to make sure they feel secure while you’re away. I’m experienced with pets of all sizes and understand the importance of things like proper leashing, secure doors and gates, and supervised play at all times.

“Lana is amazing!! She watched our 2 dogs and 1 cat while we were away for a week. She gave them tons of attention, was thoughtful with her care and pet stimulation, and very responsive. She also left our house clean and went above and beyond in caring for our space. We can’t wait to book Lana again”

“Cinthia was amazing. She stayed overnight with my dog at my apartment and was super attentive and sent lots of pictures. She left the apartment very clean and my dog very happy. Nothing but positive things to say.”

“If you want to leave your dogs with someone and never worry at all about their mental well-being, their feeding needs, their exercise then you need to hire Jesse as your sitter. He's taken my care of my dogs for many days and I will say there is no better. Not only were my dogs, completely relaxed and happy, but my house was also immaculate and every instruction was followed to the tee, including the complicated medical things that one of my dog needs to have followed. Jesse is all around the best I've had!”
“We had Donald watch our Irish setter for a week while we were away. He was absolutely amazing! Checked in very frequently, sent lots of photos, and went out on long walks. Would definitely recommend using Donald and will do so again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14 and I love it. Having 2 dogs of my own I know what it’s like to find quality pet care so I like to provide families with the relief of knowing their four-legged baby is being well taken care of! Through my experiences, I’ve learned how to be attentive to dogs cries, whines, whimpers, etc. and body language which helps me make sure they get what they need. I’m currently a college student and am home for the summer. I work at the grocery store 3 days a week so during those hours I wouldn’t be at the house but other than that I will be there! I can’t leave during work but as my hours are short, it has not interfered with my ability to tend to the dogs! I work with each pet parent to make sure I have all the details of the pet’s schedule. In my home, pets are always viewed as members of our family. I believe that pets require the same love and attention that people do so that’s what I share with my clients as well!
“Brandon completely went above and beyond to care for our two cats and home while we were gone for a week and a half! He asked thoughtful questions, followed all directions to a T, and often sent some greatly appreciated picture/video updates (and prompt responses). We were SO grateful to return home to find our cats in amazing spirits after clearly having some solid companionship, and to find our house exactly as we left it. Would absolutely book with him again!”

“Claire is absolutely the best dog sitter you could find. We came home from an extended trip to find out senior dog calm and happy after Claire’s overnight stays at our home. Claire sent photos, videos and text updates daily which were lovely and reassuring.”

About: I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages through walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. I’ve cared for my own two family dogs as well as pets for multiple families, so I’m comfortable stepping into different routines and environments. I also worked in an emergency veterinary clinic in an administrative role, where I was around a wide range of pet personalities and situations. That experience helped me better understand animal behavior, stress signals, and the importance of clear routines and communication between owners and caregivers. I’m reliable with following instructions closely, including feeding schedules, routines, and administering medications when needed. I understand how important consistency is for pets, especially when their owners are away. My approach is to match each pet’s energy—whether that means calm companionship or active play—while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. My goal is always to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel at ease until you return. My schedule is built around a full-time job, working Monday through Friday from 7–4. I’m available early mornings, evenings, and have the most flexibility on weekends. I can occasionally do midday check-ins depending on my workday, and I’m open to walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. I’m reliable and do my best to accommodate requests with some advance notice. My goal is to provide consistent, dependable care that fits smoothly into both my schedule and your pet’s routine. I prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and routine while caring for them in the client’s home. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific care guidelines to keep pets consistent and comfortable. I’m respectful of the home and make sure everything is kept clean, secure, and as I found it. I’m very mindful of doors, gates, and leashes during walks and visits to ensure pets are always safe. My approach is calm and attentive so pets feel at ease while their owners are away. My goal is to provide dependable care and give owners peace of mind knowing their pets are in good hands.
About: I’ve always loved animals. In Ukraine, my family had a farm where we nursed all types of animals, from kittens and dogs, to cows and chickens. In America, I have two cats and a dog who I grew up with and have taken care of for years. All the times I’ve pet-sit in the past, my clients, myself — and of course, the pets — were all satisfied. My medical experience has bred a pragmatic, thorough and alert mindset, offering a set of skills that I could carry over to pet care. Overall, I love spending time with animals, and I couldn’t imagine a more ideal job than pet-sitting! Currently, I work part-time and fit volunteering in wherever my schedule allows. I’m free on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, with an open schedule on Tuesdays after 6:30 PM and on Thursdays and Fridays after 2:30 PM. As such, I’m capable of providing plenty of attention to your pets, with a relatively flexible schedule. After years of bathing my cats and dog despite their reluctance, I’ve learned plenty about safety when it comes to handling animals. Giving medications, handling collars and leashes, and stimulating pets is simple for me. I’ve encountered many different situations and I’m equipped to deal with the vast majority. At the end of the day, the pets are my main priority, and my empathy and concern for animals makes me eager to work in any situation.
