Over: I've had a dog of my own in the past, and I truly miss the joy, companionship, and positive energy that dogs bring into everyday life. That's exactly why I joined Rover to reconnect with that special bond and care for pets as if they were my own. I genuinely connect with them. I understand how much What sets me apart is that I don't just like animals they mean to their humans, and I'm here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. Whether it's cuddles, playtime, or long walks, I'm all in. I work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), which actually allows me to be flexible with my availability. Depending on my schedule each week, I can adapt and offer care during different times of the day whether it's early morning walks, afternoon playtime, or evening cuddles. I always make sure to plan ahead so I can give pets the time, attention, and love they deserve. I currently only offer pet care in the owner's home, which I believe helps pets feel more relaxed and secure in their familiar environment. I always follow the owner's instructions closely and maintain their routine to keep things consistent and stress-free. I treat each home with the same respect and care I would give my own, making sure everything stays clean, safe, and peaceful. Building trust is very important to me - I'm reliable, communicative, and always make sure pets feel happy, safe, and loved while you're away.

Over: I have a 6-year-old pitbull with whom I have consistently worked alongside professional trainers, which has allowed me to gain solid knowledge about canine behavior and the importance of positive reinforcement. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in handling different situations and understanding dogs’ needs more deeply. Over time, I have built a close bond with dogs, learning from them the value of patience, consistency, and mutual respect. I currently have full availability and I am open to dedicating as much time as needed, from Monday to Sunday. I can take care of dogs in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings, depending on what best suits their needs. For me, the most important thing is to maintain good communication and always find what works best for everyone. I am available to take care of pets in their owner’s home, as my apartment is small and I already live with my dog, Thor. Although I don’t have a garden, I truly enjoy spending time outdoors and can dedicate myself to being with them outside, enjoying walks, playtime, and activities that keep them active and happy.

Over: Ik heb in mijn hele leven al honden en katten om me heen gehad. Verzorgen vind ik heerlijk, hierom ben ik ook mijn lichaam & vachtverzorgingdiploma gehaald. Ook heb ik meerdere puppy cursussen bijgewoond en ook met oudere honden weet ik raad. Ik ben niet snel bang voor huisdieren, maar ik vind ze allemaal even leuk! Ik ben buiten rover werkeloos, ik woon samen met mijn lieve vriend en zoontje. Ik heb daardoor wel elke dag tijd voor de verzorging van huisdieren. Bij mij thuis is helaas momenteel geen optie maar misschien in de toekomst wel. Bij het baasje thuis verzorg ik precies zoals mij gevraagd wordt. Hier kunnen duidelijke afspraken over gemaakt worden uiteraard.

I owned, loved and cared for a Pitbull for many years back in Italy, so I have experience also with bigger, well-mannered dogs. I am currently not working, so I can take care full time of your pet. We can go for long walks or play whenever they feel like. I have a fenced front yard and back yard. So there is plenty of space to play together and have fun. Pets are allowed on my furniture for the best cuddle time.

Over: I have taken care of my dog (10 years old, Aktia Inu) and a cat (16 years old) since I am a Child. I went together with my dog to a dog school, are not afraid of even bigger dogs and get along with them really Well. Happy to entertain yours! I am currently in the transitioning of my MSc and finding a job so I have plenty of time sitting your pet! I am flexible! Dogs get a lot of attention When They want to. It Goes without saying that we take Walks several times a Day. In the park, of I get along with the dog Well and can read him, we can walk without the leash.

Over: I've had pets all my life, and I love taking care of and being with them! I intend to give a lot of attention, affection and special care to your pet companion!!! I'm from Brazil, and I live in Leiden as an aupair. My working hours are from 15h until 20h. all week, and I'm always free on weekends. I'm available to help at any time I'm not working. 😊 I always like to prepare meals for the Pets 2-3x a day, water throughout the day, lots of play, affection and walking and walks to spend energy! 😅

Over: I have been in love with dogs since I was 12 but I could never have mine so I love to take care of lovely dogs. I trust them more than humans. I will be quite flexible in the summer. Mainly not available on weekends and won't be in Amsterdam from the middle of a guest till the 5th of September I can not host the dog in my place but I am open to taking care of them in their places one of my best I is a vet so I always try to update myself in conversation with him.

Ik help graag andere als dat nodig is en daarom zou ik graag met u hond willen wandelen! Ik werk momenteel onregelmatig waardoor ik de ene week overdag veel tijd over heb en de andere week in de avond weer meer tijd over heb. My experience has shown me that with patience and love, any cat can become a cherished companion. Animals require fixed punctuality and times - not as leisure as us. Routines to potty breaks and feeding times are important followed by love and general care. I tend to be vigilant like I would for a child. Keeping on top of dietary needs and being sure to “puppy-proof” in a proactive and regulated way is critical. Especially with older animals being sometimes more sensitive or requiring more awareness - I try to communicate in such a way that our fur babies communicate comfortably with me what it is they need always.

Over: As a kid I was surrounded by cats and also by dogs when I grew up! I will take care of your pet like it’s my own. I have a Bernese mountain dog who is under 1 year old and together our dogs will have a lot of fun, play and walks! I work from home, so I’m almost always with your pet and with my dog. I would usually take my dog for 3-4 walks of 30 minutes in the day, one short walk in the morning when we wake up and before going to bed, and we have a play session or longer walk in the evening before or after dinner. I take care of your dog like my own. I know that it can be stressful to leave your pet to someone else. Therefore I will follow your indications (home rules, cage, food, education, schedule…). I can send you pictures during the day. Of course I’ll take allergies, fears or need of space from your dog into consideration.

Over: Met jaren ervaring en een grote interesse in de hondentaal en alles wat hierbij komt kijken, zorg ik voor elke hond met aandacht en begrip. Als trotse eigenaar van een energieke 3-jarige dalmatiër weet ik hoe belangrijk goede communicatie, aandacht en beweging zijn voor je hond. Jouw hond is bij mij in goede handen! Ik werk part-time, dus op mijn vrije dagen heb ik tijd om lekker op pad te gaan! Dit verschilt per week, maar in overleg kunnen we altijd kijken wanneer er een mogelijkheid is om te gaan wandelen. Mijn wandelingen kunnen variëren en pas ik aan op de behoeften van de betreffende hond. Meenemen naar het strand of bos behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.
